She’s the destination. He just doesn’t know it yet. Marisa Cameron Cole is one of the grouchiest passengers I’ve ever picked up. But he’s out of travel options and I’m facing an overdue college tuition bill. So why not spend my day (and night) toting an arrogant, rich—and decidedly handsome—businessman from Northern California to Arizona? I’ve got some wounds, physical and otherwise, but I’m tough. Trouble is, the more time we spend on the road, the more Cam lets down his guard. And the more I see of this passenger of mine, the more it makes me want him to be my first.
Cameron Transportation crisis plus family crisis has me barking out orders to a beautiful, off-limits rideshare driver. Marisa is a passionate college student and a dozen years younger than I am. She’s definitely going places. But when this beautiful, empathetic woman makes a very intimate request, I can’t say no. The worst that can happen is she finds out that I want something more from her. Like forever.
An insta-love romance with a guaranteed happily ever after.
2.5 stars I liked it until they had sex for the first time. After that I just got bored and it became repetitive. They both think one thing, then say something else and it quickly got old. I wasn't expecting her to be a virgin and I really should start reading whole blurbs, because it was mentioned there. I don't like when the girl is a virgin and the guy isn't but I don't mind it in most insta-love short books, and I'm not sure why it bothered me here; it may be because the main girl said it so many times.
Honest this was a lot letter Thant I thought it will be. Actually when I read the I book description I loved it however I don’t know where it would go on from there like was it a cab driver or a Lyft or Uber or was it just his driver he hired always. Now I know that answer but when I read I this was good and different and definitely a treat and will definitely read the other books and this series and will recommend this book so far.
Really great story, cute meet cute, she’s his ride share… she changes whole his life in less than two days…
Reminiscent of 1986 Rom-Com “My Chauffeur”… meh, “His Driver” is more Romantic Drama than comedy. Better written. Better characters. Books are always better than movies anyway. Loved it!!!
I honestly LOVED this short read!! I don't believe love at first sight but these 2 definitely had it! Love always happens when you aren't looking and they always basically slap you in the face.
