wow

Don’t read this comment if you don’t want slight spoilers lol. This book is so sad, but the story line is very well written. This book doesn’t have the happy ending we all would hope for because in reality everyone doesn’t make it out safely. I felt so bad for Abdi and the sister. The video chip was crazy work and the fact that the father was crazier than Renaldo was shocking. Although we didn’t get much insight into Renaldos mom, she really could have saved Dria by letting someone know what her son was planning, but she was brainwashed and abused by their way of life back in the Philippines. I hope for a part 2 where he’s actually caught.

My heart aches

As Fears run down my face, it was difficult reading this story. How one hit can change the course of someone's life.

It's an eye opener, that you really don't know anyone. They show you what they want you to see.

I felt Abdi's pain, losing someone known to be your soulmate is devastating and life changing. I don't think Kamisha will ever get over her twin death. But as always, secrets always seemed to be revealed at the death of a love one.

AND I have very hurt feelings about Renaldo, Jr. not be caught and killed over killing Kandria.

Such a sad sad read

I was glad that Kandria gave Abdi another chance but was mad at the way she died. This was such a heartfelt read this author did a really good job writing this book. I hated tht Renaldo wasn't man enough to stand up to his father he chose to kill the woman he loved in order to please him

why me?

Kandria was full of life. I didn’t like Reynoldo and was hoping that he’d get caught. His father edged him on. I don’t like the fact that Renyoldo had Kandria phone home and office bugged. He should’ve just trusted her. Aunt Suella hit the nail on the head about Renyoldo. Good book!!!
