I knew the author. I've had this book for a while and finally got around to reading it. I have to say, it was a really good novel. The last 100 pages really drew me in with the twists & turns of the conclusion. If you like the flare of New Orleans coupled with action & conspiracy, get this book.
One important note is that is the first book these authors published. They produced this story as a labor of love out of a screenplay that Les Justus wrote in the 70's. They were ordinary people like you and me that did something fun and worthwhile. Hats off to them for stepping out of the comfort zone. This is a great first book!
