An inspiring and upbeat book for people on and off of their horses. Well-written and informative. The encouragement presented by Daniel Stewart would work for anyone, not just horse people. A terrific addition to anyone's bookshelf.

Love this book! I have now read all of Daniel's books and have loved everyone. This, by far though, was my favorite, this jumbled content kept me engaged in the reading, and the small break where I was asked to practice the concepts he had just talked about was fantastic. I think I carried this book around with me for about six months while reading it because I was just so in love.

It provided great tips and tricks for riders of all ages and experience levels to use and just some general life tips. I hope that he continues to write more and as an avid rider and one who has been to five of his clinics and one Olympic Training Center Camp. I love that I have all this information right in my bedroom to refer back to at any time.

What a fabulous book! Full of good information on how to contain anxiety and tame fear in riding & life in general. Great activity sheets to help you map out ways to overcome your stumbling blocks and come up with your own brand, mantra and music to keep you thinking positively and learning from those little mistakes that nag at us.

Several mini tips to help you through tough times, retraining your brain to automatically make the changes any time to turn a corner, hear a sound, face a jump - whatever makes the nerves kick in. By training your brain to be more positive and not group think about what you don't have and focus on what you do have. Like control of the present situation.
