This was the perfect book to read during the dreary, rainy, cold days of Winter. The everyman voice that the author shares gave me the feeling of walking along the trail with him and, his first hand descriptions and stories reminded me of the stories my Dad and Uncles would tell; at family gatherings. I LOVED the practical, down to earth mentality of the writing. I also admire the author’s willingness to take a stand and be himself in a world where it has become risky to utter a view not shared by the popular minority. Looking forward to reading Part II.
