5 stars because I love this book! I would have appreciated this book when I was a teenager, and I found that the author's writing style relatable and engaging. I commend the book for covering important topics such as body image, mental health, and relationships in an empowering and non-judgmental way. I recommended the book to any teenage girl looking for guidance and support through the challenges of adolescence, as well as to parents who are seeking to help their daughters.
