For Kayla, moving to another city with the intention of focusing on her career is not the issue. The problem starts when she ends up in a steamy romance with an unknown man. She soon finds herself struggling to get the memories of that night off her mind.
Gary is one of the hottest bachelors in the state—a man who works as hard as he parties. He has his mansions and a billion dollar company to prove that. His life is an admirable one. The night everything changes, he finds himself in a hot encounter with a woman he had just met. Ever since, he hasn’t been able to get his mind off her and that passionate night. Who is this woman?
Will they be able to find each other again? In a much sober state, would they recognize each other? Will they realize they have more in common than they know? What will happen if Kayla’s father finds out?
This is just a story. Nothing about it flies off the page. The lead character is snuggling a teddy bear in the opening like she's 5, yet she's supposed to be interesting enough for the lead guy. The lead 40 year old guy who is smart enough to invest in young entrepreneurs, but supposedly too dumb to catch the hints that his woman is pregnant!! Not realistic enough. The story drones one and the title doesn't really work. NOT A RECOMMENDED READ!!
This writer by now should understand involving so much characters just kills the romance in her books. By now I expect n orderly sequence of event’s rather than jumbled nonsense
Took awhile to start flowing. However it perked up and got a bit interesting. Kayla and Gary were not looking for one another. Chance just happened. Gary knew what he wanted in the beginning, nothing was going to stop him from finding the woman in the red dress.
Started off really slow I had to really really make myself continue reading this book, after a chapter or two it wasn’t to bad then I started to really get it. Made she’d a tear or two.
