Stphens has emerged as one of the most thoughtful voices on the rapidly changing retail landscape and this book, his third on the subject, tackles the implications of Covid-19 on business and retail generally. It's a must read if you are in retail, or if you provide services to retailers.

This book sucks, author sucks..tells people nothing at all..
NOTHING. Don't buy it, you can read it and finish it within 30 minutes..
Author basically wrote it during the plandemic and push and load to the rack...by saying what is happening..but nothing about what the title said..he did not say anything about future...just present..sucks!
