I found this book to be very helpful in a few different ways. It helped me see and understand how others may act towards you when you’re grieving; it’s not that they don’t care, they might not know how to react/approach your grief. It also gives you ideas and/or things to do, to help you go through your grief (kind of like a practical guide). I’m definitely recommending this to my mother and my sister, and hopefully it will help them too.
