She's a helpless romantic.

He's an enigmatic loner.

Surviving the treacherous, mountain wilderness might be the least of their problems.

French pastry chef, Stella Pereira has come to Stargazer Ranch to spend a year working as the assistant cook, hoping to sort out her troublesome feelings of restlessness and get back to living her perfect, planned life...until she meets Wyatt. After he comes to her rescue when she crashes her truck during a blizzard, Stella wonders if perhaps the gorgeous but enigmatic Wyatt is what she's been looking for all along.

Fresh out of prison-accused of a murder he didn't commit-Wyatt Wilson is trying to get his life back on track. The last thing he needs is more trouble, and he never anticipated rescuing a clueless French girl stuck in a storm. But Stella's bubbly, optimistic persona affects him in unexpected ways, and Wyatt finds himself drawn to this beautiful idealist.

Just as things heat up between them, an acquaintance from Wyatt's prison days comes to visit, bringing trouble in the form of stolen diamonds and a gang of hired hitmen. When Wyatt's boss is murdered, Stella is caught up in the battle for survival, as they're forced to run into the mountains in the dead of winter to evade the murderous gangsters.

For Wyatt, protecting the woman he's falling in love with might well be the biggest fight of his life...

Suzanne Cass has always had a fascination with the tough resilience of people who live in our amazing red-dirt outback country. Much of her adolescence was spent working as a jillaroo in the Snowy Mountains, forming her love of lean, enigmatic, cowboy heroes in wild, passionate, dangerous stories. When not writing about the characters that inhabit her head, Suzanne can be found prowling the Perth beaches with her border collie, or yelling from the sidelines as her two sons play sport. Her debut novel, Island Redemption won the Romance Writers of Australia award for best unpublished romance novel of 2016.

Snowfall is book three in Stargazer Ranch Mystery Romance series by Suzanne Cass. Wyatt Wilson fresh out of prison for a crime he did not commit is starting a new life with his brother Levi and Cat and Pastry cook at Stargazer Ranch Stella Pereira. After accepting a package from an acquaintance from his prison days, Wyatt felt he had no choice other than to help Tony. However, this encounter with Tony will affect Wyatt's life forever. The readers of Snowfall will continue to follow Wyatt to find out what happens.

Wow, Suzanne Cass did another fantastic job on writing Snowfall the third addition to this excellent series. Soon as I started reading Snowfall, I engaged with the characters and the plot of this book. I love Susan Cass's portrayal of Snowfall's characters and how they intertwine with each other throughout this book. Snowfall is well written and researched by Suzanne Cass. I like the way Suzanne Cass described the Snowfall settings that allowed me to imagine being part of this book's plot.

The readers of Snowfall will learn about the consequences of a wrong person's accused of a crime. Also, Snowfall readers will learn about the importance of having good bushcraft when walk-in woodlands during winter.

Thanks to the author for my ARC copy for an honest review. I recommend this book.

This was an action-packed read full of tension, romance, and danger. I really enjoyed getting to know Stella and Wyatt, especially Wyatt, it was great to see him come out of himself and begin to believe in himself, all thanks to Stella's belief in him. Stella took every danger in her stride, I'm not sure I could have been as calm as her. I loved exploring the mountains even if it was in such dangerous circumstances. It was good to revisit the characters from Stargazer Ranch and I hope we get to see more of them.

Wyatt gets out of prison early when his conviction is overturned. He doesn't anticipate the outrageous criminal charges that could be leveled at him for activities an ex-con pulls him in to once they're both out of prison.
Wyatt and his brother Levi work industrious to stay out of trouble but when the mob wants them, it's hard to hide well enough to avoid detection. Several deaths of mobsters and others take place before Wyatt, Levi and their girlfriends are rescued from the hands of the Mob. Meanwhile, everyone falls in love and you know they'll live happily ever after. You'll have to read more books in the series to see all of this take place.

I have to say I love the suspense aspect of this series. This is the continuing story with Wyatt and Stella. Wyatt is an ex-con (he was innocent) and Stella works alongside of Joseph in the Stargazer Ranch kitchen. Will Stella return to France or will she stay in Montana? Will we found out why Wyatt went to prison? What was in the package that Wyatt was holding onto for Tony? Yes, we end up with questions, but we eventually get the answers we seek. I really enjoyed this suspenseful read and I loved catching up with the previous characters we met. I won’t leave any spoilers, so grab your copy and see what happens. I’m looking forward to what comes next from Suzanne Cass.

What a crazy-wild ride this was, and I loved it! Stella and Wyatt were a great couple, and they had great chemistry, but their happy-ever-after didn’t come very easily. Wyatt’s past was bound to catch up with him at some point, but he didn’t think it would be so soon! His not very smart friend Tony dragged him into quite a mess, and they were forced to (literally) run for the hills from some pretty shady characters. There were numerous times that I wanted to punch Tony myself for his stupidity, selfishness, and whining. The action was non-stop, and kept me turning the pages late into the night to get to the satisfying conclusion. I received an advanced copy of this book from the author, and am giving my voluntary and honest opinion.

Stella is rescued by Wyatt when the truck she's driving goes off the road in the bad weather. They are stuck together in his truck, they talk about lots of things, he's been released from prison, where he spent two years for something he didn't do.
Later am acquaintance from prison leaves him a rucksack to hide, he doesn't really want to, and he's right not to want to.
Stella is engaged but her fiance is in France and she has lost her feelings for him.
Then the baddies appear and Stella and Wyatt have to hide.

A great read in the series from Suzanne.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Wyatt and Stella are both trying to sort out the demons from their past. He rescues her from an accident and shelters her during the blizzard. These two find that fate might have put them together for a reason. They have an attraction that is sweet and steamy. Wyatt has to find a way to keep them safe when his past becomes a threat. I really enjoyed this story. I thought it was well written with great characters.

This book is such a fun one for helpless romantics. I think that’s it’s so fun that Stella’s positive attitude rubs off on Wyatt—whether he wants it to or not! LOL. Poor Wyatt never expected to not only help a lost pastry chef, fall for her and then have to protect her from some of his enemies. I think that once you pick up this book, it’s incredibly difficult to put it down as the characters and plot are so engaging

Stella was attracted to Wyatt but never thought they would bond during a life and death situation, fleeing for their lives from a gang after Wyatt unknowingly became involved with stolen diamonds. But she trusted him and he would keep her safe at all cost. This is a fast paced story, some action, a lot of nail biting and a bit of romance thrown in as well. A story of past mistakes, redemption and believing I yourself again. I received an ARC copy and am leaving a voluntary review.

I received an ARC of this book from the author, Suzanne Cass, via Bookfunnel and this is my voluntary and honest review. Every book in this Stargazer Ranch Mystery Romance series is exciting and hard to put down. I loved this romance between Stella and Wyatt. The action starts at the beginning and doesn't let up until the end. There are murders and running from the mob through the mountains in the snow. I highly recommend this book for a great reading adventure.

This book was constant suspense! The story of Wyatt and Stella needing to hideout in the wilderness to escape the danger that an out jail buddy has brought to them. A romantic connection starts to build between them but is it real or only as a result of the intense situation? Good suspense, great characters and a sweet romance beginning.

After having spent two years in jail for a crime he did not commit and later released, Wyatt felt he was not accepted by those around him. Stella had been rescued by him when her truck veered off the road.
Suzanne Cas keeps you on the edge of your seat to find out how all the pieces fit together.

Good story.

What an adventure, danger, fear, pain, death and to find love? Good characters and the story was one like no other. And to find such a deep love is just beyond words.
