Interesting book about process improvement, but I think this book is beyond "dummies". They kind of throw at you all of these topics and expect you to integrate it all. Don't get me wrong, they do define a lot of stuff (acronyms, common Lean Six Sigma terminology, etc.) But personally, I found it difficult to wrap my head around it. Maybe it's me, who knows. I think the book could have been arranged differently, as well, however I will check out the other books the authors have written to see if they are more palatable. That said, I think people should give it a chance.
