Audiobook. New research topic identified! Not a bad place to start especially since it's available on audio and currently included in audible plus. It was a bit of a no brainer. Decent information. Probably half the book was about getting finance and not running out of money in the middle of the project. I would guess that's the biggest factor next to "Do you know what the hell you're doing?"
