PT O que faz uma boa BD? Será o argumento, a escrita, a arte… ou a combinação de tudo?
Pessoalmente, sempre acreditei que o argumento fosse o elemento mais importante — e esta série é a prova disso. Apesar de não apresentar uma arte extraordinária, mantém um nível elevado graças a um enredo sólido e a personagens cativantes.
Neste volume, acompanhamos o rescaldo do último desafio e o início de um novo. Pelo caminho, surgem intrigas e jogos de bastidores que acrescentam camadas de interesse à narrativa.

Personally, I’ve always believed the plot to be the most important — and this series is proof of that. Although it doesn’t feature extraordinary artwork, it maintains a high standard thanks to a solid storyline and captivating characters.
In this volume, we follow the aftermath of the previous challenge and the beginning of a new one. Along the way, intrigue and behind-the-scenes manoeuvres add extra layers of interest to the narrative.

Action wise this was finally an arc that slowed everything down a bit and gave us a chance to breath again, but all the drama and intense behind the scenes backstabbing made this one emotionally exhausting and hard so I guess I’m stuck with one or the other. It was nice to go through these last few chapters since I kind of forgot a lot of what bam and everyone was doing towards the end of season 1. 3.7/5

4.5 en realidad
Uno de los tomos más sólidos de este primer arco, nos damos cuenta de que los personajes ya se conocen mejor unos a otros y vemos el potencial que tiene Khun como mente maestra. También empezamos a notar que hay una subtrama más importante que se desarrollará a futuro.
A pesar de que, en mi humilde opinión, el arco 2 es donde empezamos a ver el verdadero potencial de Tower of God, todo este primer arco no es exclusivamente introductorio y este tomo es una prueba de lo mismo.
Uno de los tomos más sólidos de este primer arco, nos damos cuenta de que los personajes ya se conocen mejor unos a otros y vemos el potencial que tiene Khun como mente maestra. También empezamos a notar que hay una subtrama más importante que se desarrollará a futuro.
A pesar de que, en mi humilde opinión, el arco 2 es donde empezamos a ver el verdadero potencial de Tower of God, todo este primer arco no es exclusivamente introductorio y este tomo es una prueba de lo mismo.

This volume ends in a cliffhanger. Bam ends up revealing he's an irregular in order to get permission for Rachel/Michelle to take part in the test, and everyone joins his team to skip the other tests and travel with him. Khun had an existential crisis about his past, how he was abandoned by Maria and how he doesn't want to be separated by Bam (which makes the next part of the story even more tragic) and Rak talked some sense into him using the banana metaphor xd
I swear my man, Khun, isn't as smart as he advertises since 1. he let his guard down around Rachel 2. he thought it was a good idea to have Anaak and Endorsi together xd

El primer tomo al que le pongo 5 estrellas, se preguntarán porque. Simplemente porque es excelente.
Terminan la prueba de las escondidas y acá se pudre todo.
Me sorprendió la inteligencia de Kuhn, el talento de Bam, la fidelidad del equipo, el corazón del cocodrilo, la astucia y frialdad de las princesas.
Hay muchas incógnitas que de a poco se van resolvieron y otras nuevas que van surgiendo, pero es en el primer tomo que tenemos un panorama completo de todos y cada uno de los participantes y administradores. Sabemos en quién y dónde están sus lealtades y que podemos esperar de esta próxima prueba… aunque los que vieron el anime saben que hay alto plot twist jajaja

I may have misunderstood Khun's intentions and doings with the whole Ho fiasco. The manga clears it up.
The relationship between Rachel and Bam has more nuance in the webtoon; which will make the eventual climax all the more tragic.
