This book helped me to understand the nature of random thoughts, and to learn not to put too much importance on the weird thoughts that will sometimes jump into your mind. I like that the authors gently guide you through understanding your thoughts. They give advice and techniques for how to softly lead your mind toward positive thoughts and feelings, instead of ruminating and dwelling on negative feelings or disturbing thoughts.

Lifesaving! Thank You so much!

I have suffered terribly from intrusive thoughts for years. I suffer from( Complex post trauma) also I am a victim of( Bipolar Illness II.) The nonstop very sad thoughts I have to deal with everyday and night are torturous. I am now on my way to having a more peaceful way of thinking after years from the traumatic events that occurred 4 years ago. I realized its the flashes that I see in my mind that are pictures of the hardest times I had to endure. Thank you to the authors of this necessary book. Its our thoughts and memories that need to be dealt with in certain ways to bring rest. I was suicidal right before I found this book. Thank You Dr's for writing this amazing piece of art.

Bless You all.
