Heralded as the next Neil Gaiman, Louis Tomlinson does not appreciate being told that his very serious novel is in dire need of a PR boost. Even worse, that it comes in the form of a joint book tour with the UK’s #1 online romance-writing sensation Marcel Styles. Already turbulent at best, their partnership takes a drastic turn when, overly stressed about his looming deadline, Marcel accidentally blurts out a secret: though he’s famed for his scorching hot literary love scenes, he is, actually, a virgin.

En verdad disfrute mucho leer este fic! Marcel y Louis son tan lindos juntos y a la vez tan caóticos que hacen que sus personalidades congenien super bien.

El que la base de la historia sea no "querer" ser un fanfic es lo que le da ese toque diferente y especial.

Omg. The smut. A friend recommended this to me bc I was looking for a good light hearted enemies to lovers and she SWORE it was so good. She wasn’t wrong. I liked it. I enjoyed it. But sometimes I couldn’t get passed the smut. I did. I liked how I ended. I liked the ideas behind it, but I think homegirl was in her feelings or something. I’d recommend.

i love it so much, it was such a fun fic to read, had me giggling and kicking my feet loved it. so quick to read too, i loved the characters and how much i related to them.

Omg one of the best fics I've ever read. I absolutely adored the plot and the writing (the author is really that good at writing). But I especially loved the characters and their personalities. Louis is by far one of my favorite characters ever: ironic, asshole, cynical but very romantic and sweet inside. Harry was giving me a nervous breakdown at the end, but I immediately liked him again at the end. He is always sweet but always manages to assert himself (a quality that I really appreciated). Finally, however, their love is the most beautiful and most loved by me of this fic. They are so sweet and funny and REAL. Because yes, they are true love: the one that makes you cry and argue but that makes you realize how much you love the other person because they are also different from you, because they show you the world in another way, because they make you feel how much you loves. And they are one of the most beautiful couples ever. Truly one of the most magnificent stories I've ever read. I highly recommend it.

It was... I don't really know actually. I'm a simp for tension, drama and this book, although it was so sweet and fluffy, didn't really have me hooked.
I do have to say, if any other fic had a character named Marcel, I would simply drop out. But here, I didn't.
So, this book definitely has something, just not entirely for me.
