Deadly Relatives: Daimones of Death, Book 1
My dreams are not my own.
When I close my eyes, someone dies. It wasn’t always that way. My life changed on my 21st birthday.
Most people celebrated the milestone with a legal beer. I had my first freaky nightmare. Dreamt a guy from high school was killed in an accident. Woke up to learn it wasn’t just a dream.
That’s when Mom dropped a bomb in my lap and introduced me to someone from her past. I went from not thinking my father was dead to finding out he was the personification of death.
Which made me Death’s Daughter!
The news went downhill from there. I also had a group of crazy aunts who were hell-bent on death. They didn’t have the power to kill, just tormented the dying. But the Keres had a plan.
It was why Daddy Dearest made his appearance known. His sisters wanted to steal my power. After Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum drain me like an orange, they plan to kill me and all of mankind.
Now, I’m on the run. Dad can’t help directly, so he sent me a hot as hell protector. Problem is, the guy is totally NOT into me. Plus, he brought a sidekick. A devastating female who keeps trying to be my friend.
Mom’s in protective custody by the Celestial Guard.
And those aunts? They’re teaming up with anyone with a beef against my father--the Valkyries along with a handful of angry gods. Why? Because dear old dad favors peaceful death.
