Thanks to the author for my free ARC for an honest review. I recommend this book.
I read this book in one sitting. I couldn't put it down. Loved it. It is well written and full of twists. The romance is not over the top. But I fell in love with the hero, Grant. He started out being firm but underneath all that muscle was a man with a tender heart. I also thought Ella was a great character, especially portraying a fault which was done really well. (spoilers) The lead up to what tore them apart in the first place, shocked me. I felt for Ella. Poor woman. She’d been through enough until this second time around. But as always, a romance has a happy ending. I’m off to read Born in the Outback, as I’ve been so busy it passed me by. Great read Suzanne. Thankyou.
Story line started out readable, then went downhill very fast. Skipped the last 3rd of the book once murders were apparently solved. The story line seemed to be babbling and so far fetched. Author has no understanding of police operations and made the police look dysfunctional. Poorly written not a author I will be following.
