I won this book in a goodreads drawing.

A middle aged Greek mobster impregnates his daughter's African American best friend. He pays her to have the baby instead of an abortion. There are a lot of red flags in this relationship.

I just couldn't believe in it.

I received this book for free and am leaving honest review.

I really did not like this book. The main male character was kissing his daughter's 17 year friend. I could not get past the feel that he was taking advantage of a young naive girl. Every time Tisha called him uncle I was grossed out. And she does it the entire book. The other books sound fine and I liked the other characters. I just could not root for this couple. If the girl was older I probably would have been fine (20 years older is only okay after 21-22).

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! By the time you’ve figured out who is who and who to like and dislike, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter!
Can’t say I didn’t warn you.
(Believe me when I say you won’t put it down until the last page is read…you will find yourself getting upset cause someone called, texted or bothered you while reading this one, you will find yourself up at ungodly hours just to finish it knowing you have to be at work early (like 3am early) the very next day) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Okay can we say crazy the whole family is crazy and so very dysfunctional but that has never stopped them from being who they are and taking what they want. Loukas is struggling to deal with his feelings for his daughter’s best friend. Loukas has been married three times by the age of forty and three times he has had to bury his wives due to being murdered by someone so forming feelings for anyone is a little dangerous. Tisha is his daughter’s friend, and she has always called him Uncle Lou most of the years hanging out with her friend and Ms. Tisha well she has always looked at him differently but because he was her best friend’s dad, she just dreamed of it. Once they realize they actually have feelings that chemistry pull proves too much for either of them to fight will they give in completely, will his bratty daughter Carlotta be okay with them being together, what will the rest of the dysfunctional family think and is there happiness for them?

The Pagonis family is having more issues when Loukas decides that he wants to be with Tisha and his daughter Carlotta runs away and finds herself in the clutches of evil and ends up in Italy. Loukas takes off to rescue his baby girl. Fallon and Stavros are awaiting their future. Loukas seems like he has lost his mind but he is also the hero and the monster. An interesting storyline and the characters are totally believable. Drama, suspense, action-adventure, and love.

I honestly enjoyed the book and to be honest Jamila is really getting better and more considerate with her writing. I was really able to get into this with little to no trouble. The characters were good, the plot was good and the story to steam ratio was really well done. Overall pleased with it.

The crazy Pagonis family is back with more crazy mafia adventures. This time we are in the head of Loukas. Loukas sober or drunk is still the same as he talks himself out of and into forbidden things with Tisha. Tisha turns out to be his Achilles heel in more ways than one. Sometimes she acts mature beyond her years and at other times she is the immature 19 year old having an affair with her best friend father. I had a little trouble getting use to her calling him Uncle Lou with the things they were doing, it almost felt incestuous. It was nice to see Stavros and Fallon and know that she is still the psycho analyst for the family. If Stavros is the strength of the family then Loukas is the heart. He cares deeply for his family and will do anything to protect them but Carlotta is an issue to be reckoned with. She does things that cause her great harm within the family and Yiayia is still her sick twisted self. The story took a little getting use to with the back and forth through time, sometimes I had to figure out was I still in the past or the present. It was good to see some questions from the first book being answered . I must admit Yiayia doesn't stand a chance against the women in her grandsons lives. Although this book can be read without reading the first book, reading book 1 gives you insights into the family especially remarks made about Stavros. With the way this book ended I can't wait to read Galanos story.

With Seduced for Pregnancy we catch up with the Pagonis Mafia Family from Greece. This time the story is coming to us from Loukas’ POV. Many Married Loukas is struggling (not successfully) with his feelings for his daughter’s much younger classmate, Tisha. Loukas has already buried three wives at the relatively young age of forty. His wives have all been murdered by person or persons unknown and he wants to spare Tisha that fate. So as much as he desires her he wants to walk away. Tisha is seventeen when we first meet her and for much of the story refers to Loukas as Uncle Lou. All members of this dysfunctional family are around for part II. Murderous Granny, drunk dad, depressed Stavros and his wife Fallon (arguably the only sane character), dizzy daughter Carlotta and narcissistic Gal contribute to the bloody mayhem. While I did not like this story as much as its predecessor, I still enjoyed the sheer nuttiness of this silly train wreck. Moreover, Loukas displayed a vulnerability that shows up in his love for his children and the rest of his crazy family. I look forward to seeing what Gal’s story looks like!

Oh, What a WILD RIDE!

I eagerly awaited this second book in the Greek Mafia Romance Brotherhood Series. Although this book was quite dark, I expected it after reading the first book. This love story of Loukas and his daughter’s best friend, Tisha, was a ROLLERCOASTER RIDE for SURE! OMG! Ms Jamila Jasper and the voices in her head, are at it again! The Pagonis’ are one crazy family! I enjoyed how Ms Jasper decided to take a different route in revealing how Loukas and Tisha’s relationship developed; from present day to past and back around again. It kept me on my toes and wanting to read MORE! I was happy to see more of Stavros and Fallon. With such a tightly knit family, I wouldn’t have expected any less. I’m looking forward to seeing how Ms Jasper allows Galanos to grow from adult/boy to a full-fledge man. I’m sure it will be amazing!

Tisha West is Carlotta Pagonis bestfriend, she a young, black American and Carlotta is a young Greek, daughter of Loukas. He want to protect his misbehaving, mayhem baby girl Carlotta. And lusting, desiring, & wanting his daughter bestfriend Tisha. This story with, their papa, grandma YiaYia, Fallon and Stavros from the first book, Loukas , and Galanos, the baby brothet. . you have to read what happens next this family is definitely dangerous, wild , fun, and interesting. Loukas & Tisha

These two are a strange relationship. Yes it is a age gap relationship, but it's a barely legal, not a she's legal and you met her when she became legal, but a you met her right before and fantasized about her.

I'm not sure what annoyed or grossed me out more, the fact that Tisha calls her best friends dad Uncle, or the fact that she calls him old man. I'm sure it's the uncle part, but the old man part is just annoying, if he were in his 60s and up then I'd have to agree, ma'am he is old...but 40, that's the new 30.

The storyline it's is written well, there were some typos, but nothing that interrupted the reading.

I am enjoying this series about the crazy tribulations of the Pagonis family. This time around it is the elder brother who finds his happiness with a supposedly taboo romance. It was just too hard for Loukas and Tisha to resist each other even while worrying about the judgments of the family. Especially Lou's daughter Carlotta who is a spoiled brat. I loved the sexy scenes between these two as well. A great read! I voluntarily read this book in exchange for my honest opinion.

Tisha met Loukas when she was seventeen and was immediately drawn to him. When someone comes after his ungrateful daughter, Loukas vowed to get her back, but will he lose Tisha in the process?

Totally Wowed

The Purchased For Series is getting better and hotter with each episode . The Pagonis Brothers are true Alpha Men except when it comes to the women in their lives.
Loukas and Tisha may have some age difference, but their chemistry is definitely palpable and hot.
I’m looking forward to seeing who’s going to be next in this series.

The Story had a good premise, but for me HE was just too old for me, I can see 10 maybe 12 years tops. I also didn’t like the fact that she called him uncle in public, if she had it did it in private I would be OK with it. Things get wild as his daughter runs away and is kidnapped by his cruel grandmother. This story is full of murder, abuse and crime. Makes a good read but lacks deep substance.

Disappointed

I really tried to like this book. I’ve enjoyed other books by this author but not this one. She made Trish (an 18 yr old American Black girl) an idiot. I understand she was young but she didn’t portray any Black girl I have every met. Maybe if she was 10 or 11 I could understand some of her comments but that’s even stretching it. I like interracial romances and I know that these books are fantasy but please make the characters believable.

This romance was funny, mainly because Tisha's character reminded me of Kim from the TV show Parks. Her maturity wasn't that of a 19-year-old. Loukas had no control over his daughter, Carlotta. Carlotta needed strong discipline before her teenage years, and no matter the trouble she got herself in, she looked for more. As usual, the romance between Tisha and Loukas is phenomenal. It's a great book to read in a day.

Bit disjointed

Basic premise of the story was good but it jumped around constantly which was annoying. The last few chapters were good and those I really showed how good this book was. Loved the characters and the drama...that was great. Generally a book i have no hesitation recommending

Tisha and Loukas

I was all over the place with this one. It’s non linear in it’s timeline but I just need more details with the plot. Good story with lots of action but it needs more passion between Loukas and Tisha; those parts were really quick. Characters need more depth too. Overall still worth the read.

The family dynamics are so much fun

I love this dysfunctional family. I liked Lou so much. Stavros & Fallon are my faves. Tisha calling him uncle Lou is the creepiest thing I've read in a book ever. I cringed every time. Nothing wrong with her being attracted to him but calling him that is giving incest energy. I never need to see that again.
