I read this to figure out how to implement labor management. While there were lots of definitions and explanations of concepts, I can't say that I'm better equipped to get this going for my organization. I was rather disappointed with the lack of thorough and clear explanation for getting labor management started and building on it. That aside, Gibson has done his research and writes well.
