This is a powerful book. I nearly didn't read it even though I loved Prison: A Survival Guide because trainsurfing is SO DANGEROUS and it stressed me out even thinking about it... but I'm glad I did. The prison book did a brilliant job of pointing out exactly how crap and corrupt prisons are. This does the same for border control, migration and capitalism. It's also very funny.

Love the tales of trainhopping and the people he met.

Great book, got the feeling i was there riding along side through the badlands of Mexico. Kept me glued till the end.
