This book was fantastic! Absolutely amazing! R. Spain was brilliant in this world she has created. I fell in love with the characters immediately. The plot was intriguing and kept me turning the pages wanting more, I couldn't put the book down. Naveah has gone through a lot but keeps fighting no matter what. I admire her and her strength. The men in this story are absolutely yummy. I loved learning more about them and I can't wait to see what they are going to do next. They definitely have a lot of groveling to do in my opinion but it will be worth it.

Wow, I just couldn’t get enough of this book. This author has started the Crest Hill High series off with a bang. The world she has created is astonishing. The craziness mixed with this dark and developed world will have you captivated and on the edge of your seat begging for more. I absolutely loved Naveah. She is a fight that just refuses to give in and keeps moving forward no matter what. The Stripes definitely a love/hate relationship there. The guys in this book are just spicy and delicious. Can’t wait to read what R. Spain has going next with these characters.

R. Spain is a new to me author who now has me hooked! This series has a little bit of everything: Bully, angst, suspense, steam, etc. It's hard not to love (and sometimes hate) the characters in this series. They are all so different yet the dynamic fits well. Carter is my favorite so far, and Noah is a close second! This series is also full of twists and turns and just when you think you know where something is headed, the author makes a hard left into WTF town lol. Can't wait for the next book!

This is an amazing new book from a new to me author. I was hooked from page one and on the edge of my seat turning the pages as fast as I could read. So many twists turns, witty one liners, secrets revealed, and so much more. I love the dynamic of the characters in this book.
Navaeh may appear to be weak in some spots, but don’t let that fool you. I believe she’s a lot stronger than she knows. She’s been through so much and overcame a lot. I can’t wait to see what comes next with her and this group. I highly recommend this book and this author.

Man I just found this author and what a great first book of hers to read! This was a great start to a new series and Neveah is a great FMC. I just loved that she kept fighting back through everything she went through and didn’t give up. This book was dark, angsty, suspenseful, that I couldn’t put it down till I was finished. And that ending, I can’t wait for the next book.

Very Interesting!

I love where the story line goes but its missing something?... I didn't feel the emotions of the story. It feels rushed AND pushed in some parts of the story. Overall I actually liked the cliffy overall its good . I like where the story is going hope the second part has that missing ingredient!

Outstanding mindbender

I love that R.Spain is reaching into the dark truth of the world with this one.
Nevaeh is a headstrong good girl until the Stripes plan to change her. I kept asking who she will end up with, will she conquer her conquests, will she remain the good girl or will the Stripes change her. In order to find the answers you gotta pick up a copy.

Great start to the series

I love this darker side the author is starting to explore! Nave is a fun character to follow, she has a sharp edge and a quick mind. It'll be interesting watching her grow as she explores this dark and more mature world with the Stripes.

Amazing!

I absolutely LOVE this series so far! I may be in love with each of the main male characters. They go from cold to hot in a way the makes you just want more! This book does have a big cliffhanger. I’m looking forward to finding out what happens next!

DNF at 72%

The story would have been better with some background information about the characters beyond what is initially provided. The MFC just instantly jibes - sort of - with the guys. No background means no connection with any of the characters and their emotions.

Really good concept, but hard to follow. Some of it doesn’t make sense logically. It is also a cliffhanger. The next book is not out yet.
