Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning "change for better." It is a concept of gradual improvement using small and simple changes. Toyota was one of the first companies who implemented Kaizen's continuous improvement concept.

There are different Kaizen approaches like the
1) Point Kaizen
2) Line Kaizen
3) Plane Kaizen
4) Cube Kaizen

The author mentions how to anticipate obstacles, find your weakness, be yourself and implement Kaizen to perfection. This is a small book conveying a vital Japanese concept that has the potential to change your life.
