It is a truth generally acknowledged that that a Vampire King, in possession of a huge d*ck and bad attitude, must be in want of a Mate.

AUDRINA

The Vampire King has made it clear what he wants -- me. But how can I convince him that I'm not Mate material? The Underworld is dangerous, mysterious. I need to get back to the human realm in order to protect my sister.

But I'm drawn to handsome, mysterious King Dalca like a moth to a beautiful but deadly flame. I'm getting close, close enough to get burned...

GABRIEL

My virgin rejected my proposal. She says we're from two different worlds, and that she doesn't belong in mine. And yet, she's chosen to stay by my side for the remainder of her contract. Audrina says one thing but does another. She’s awakened the Beast. If that’s what she wants, she’s going to get it…

The second rule of vampires is...be careful what you wish for!

Nope

Dnf, I want to stress this could have been one entire book. Why the author decided to break it down screams ( more money) it's ridiculous! But that's not why I didn't like this second book. I think Adriana became someone I didn't truly like this second time around. In the first book, she was pleasant and kind. This one she became a bit bratty and judgmental. She finds out Gabriel is a vampire and it's like every nice thing he had done was wiped away. Finally someone came to her and her sisters rescue, and Adriana was like " he's a vampire " oh the humanity!!! Then she plain out rejects the dude, and he's still the kindest, sweetest gentleman and she's like " ah, why won't he touch me"!! The Man has done nothing but spoil this women, taken care of her burdens, put his heart on the line and yet that's just not enough for you. So you give him cold indifference like some spoiled brat? It was like Adriana became a totally different person who I just couldnt stand to freaking read about! I Think the king could have done way better. And it might have been cheaper. Nothing like going out ur way for someone who doesn't appreciate you for the nice guy you are, or what you are.

I have a love-hate relationship for cliffhanger books LOL.

I love the book and hate the cliffhanger, I hate that it leaves me waiting but I also love that it leaves me waiting if that makes sense.

Also bitches need to get slapped, see what I mean when you read the book. No spoilers from this reader just cryptic threats toward characters I hate and would like to maime lol.

I truly, truly cannot wait to see what Tori Leigh has in store for us next. I wish that these books would allow me to write more than just five stars I absolutely adore them.

Ugh are they e dry going to be

Are they ever going to be. Every time they are close to becoming one a loon of a female buts in a d causes havoc. Then we have to read another book. Why not just make one book?

I don't care who you are. If you get a bikini wax for the very first time in your life, you are not going to be enjoying anything happening downstairs for the next 24 hours, let alone sex of any kind.

Excellent Vampire Romance

Well written and thought storyline, what I would consider 3 short stories made into a 3 book series. Very easy, quick reads.

Despite the story lacking some depth to the story to give it more richness and fulfilling read, these are short stories after all, there is just enough back story to connect with the characters or hate them for that matter. Efficient descriptive writing to understand the surrounding environments.

One thing that would have been nice to explain somewhere in Book 1 is that Audrina has a little stutter which isn’t explained until well into Book 3.

Some miss wording, mixed up words, wrong words, wrong conjugation, etc. Also written dialogue are incorrect making it confusing as to who said what - was it Audrina or Gabriel? I would have to read back to try figure it out. Two characters dialogue should not be written in the same paragraph especially if it’s not written clearly who is saying what. Start a new paragraph for each character. For the most part it was smooth reading.

Overall great story, loved the storyline, would have loved the stories to be longer with more depth written in.

Definitely Chosen

I love this series! The engaging characters, the not so simple plot, the sexy times, the enticing world Tori has built and horribly perfect cliffhanger all make for a read you won’t be able to put down! Thankfully the 3rd book in the series is available for me to dive right into. They must be read in order or you’ll be lost.💖💖💖

Good stuff in a small package

Great series I just wish it was one big book instead of smaller books. Seems like when you get to something good the book ends and its time to download another

Good Trilogy Middle

In this 2nd book Audrina learns quite a bit about Gabriel's world and though she is falling for him, she is not sure if she can live in his world. This is especially true when Audrina needs to take care of her sister.

O-kay^2

This book did the same as the first and annoyed me with her near constant stumblings —- “o-okay, f-fine”. Also found a few errors in grammar/spelling along the way.

I just loved the ending of this book. All three books keep you on the edge and the romance story between them both is beautiful.

I like paranormal romance book, but reading about an 18 year old sheltered high schooler coming of age is not for me.

This book is pretty good, but I have a love-hate relationship with it. It’s got the Master/Slave kink thing in it, which I’m not here to kink shame but personally, I find that a little weird. Also, Audrina is such a weird name, and she is a stammering mess for a large portion of the book.

I enjoyed the interaction of the brothers. Stefan needs his own story. I'd like to see more of him. Young dumb Audrina. She took everything in stride.

The King kind of sucks as a protector. The "attack" was so Lifetime movie fake. This is series is like cheap wine. It's a quick read and gives you a light buzz but the flavor is nothing you savor or even remember.

Also the use of the word DOUBLE VIRGIN is hella annoying. And yet I dropped $$$ for the next book because I have to know how this ends.

Good book

O am not sure if I finished this in one day because it was good or it was one book cut in to three. But the story is great and you want to know what happens.
