Prince Double Daddy by Layla Valentine is an interesting,entertaining,lovely,sweet with a roller coaster ride of emotion. a romance story of Juian Carlos and Remi.. Remi has been Prince Juan-Carlos's assistant for years now and she's tired of taking care of whiny people using his yacht. So when she's out relaxing after a rough day she ends up having one too many to drink and sends an email to him quitting. The next day when she wakes up and remembers she immediately regrets it and hopes to catch it before he sees it. When Juan-Carlos reads the email he is stunned and it puts him into action. He sets up a trip and uses it as an excuse to keep Remi around. Sparks fly between them when she arrives in the office that day and things heat up between them. It doesn't take him long to see that this trip is what he needs to see if he can convince Remi to stay. Will Remi give in and stay after the trip? Will he see that she is perfect for his family?

This is an amazing story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is a good read.

Juan-Carlos is a Prince, and is also a playboy, and he is the father of an eight-year-old girl. Remi has been working for Juan-Carlos as his lead assistant, his CEO, in his company for ten years. There has always been attraction between them, but neither of them ever acted on it. Now, she’s had enough and wants to move Hollywood and find a new job in the film industry. When she gives her notice, they hook up and surprise, surprise, she gets pregnant. Remi wants to leave anyway. She will tell Juan-Carlos about the pregnancy, but since he’s a playboy, she doesn’t think anything will work out. Their road is a rocky one. Juan-Carlos is a person who doesn’t know how to express himself well. Will the two of them ever come to fruition? You’ll have to read and find out. It’s an interesting story, to say the least.

Juan-Carlos is a prince, Remi has been his assistant for the last 10 years and is tired dealing with the whiny people who use his yacht. A day of relaxing and a few too many drinks has Remi sending an email saying she quits. The next day she regrets sending the email and tries to intercept it before Juan sees it.

Will she succeed or will Juan see it and make his move to keep her around?

A delightful story that you find hard to stop reading once you start. The characters are fun, engaging and you love getting to know them. It's a well written and entertaining read you be glad you added to your reading list.

Juan-Carlos is a prince and has employed Remi as his assistant for the last 10 years. Remi decides to quit the job and move back to the US and live and work in Hollywood. Juan-Carlos doesn’t want her to leave and convinces her to go to LA with him and his daughter on business but he turns it into a family vacation to woo her and her unborn baby. They had a one night stand when she drunkenly emailed him her notice. Remi doesn’t believe that he will settle down as he’s a playboy prince and continues with her plan. Will he be able to convince her? Great story and author.

Remi drunk text her playboy boss Prince Juan-Carlos that she quit because she has always had a crush on him knowing that he doesn’t feel the same way just because they had a one-night stand which leaves her pregnant. She has always wanted to work in Hollywood so her boss wants her to take a business trip with him and his daughter who loves Remi and she loves her to Hollywood she goes along knowing she can check on a job while there but when they get there it turns out to be a family outing one that Juan-Carlos wants to keep having with Remi if she will stay.

Juan-Carlos is a prince and business owner, and Remi is his personal assistant. Both have feelings but nothing comes out until she gets drunk and emails her resignation, and then the fur flies. The characters were fun and got into some very interesting situation. Loved the daughter. Twists and turns kept the pages turning and I could not put the story down. Loved how it all came together in the ending.

Finally Acknowledging Their Truth -
This book was a really fantastic read, that kept me entertained with each page turn. Layla Valentine and Ana Sparks ensured each of the characters stood out, whilst the storyline held my attention with substance, engaging banter, adventures and hot passion. You will definitely enjoy reading this book, just like I did.

Pretty good read. I liked how it all turned out and the lesson of 'never send an email drunk'! ;)
I did have issues with the FMC being named Remi as the last set of books I read using that name was the male. Took me several pages to flip that in my head! Definitely would have put a different spin on the read!

The author has pulled us into the lives of the characters and never lets go. Juan-Carlos is a Prince and has employed Remi as his assistant for ten years. However, she wants to return to the United States. Juan-Carlos does not want to lose her and her unborn child and takes action to make sure he can keep her in his life.

When quitting is just not acceptable

Prince Double Daddy is the fifth book in the Royal Heat series and is another charming and entertaining addition to this series. The story is about Remi and Prince Juan-Carlos. Yep he is as smooth as his name rolls off your tongue. Their story is sweet and sexy all rolled into a fun read.

What a great story from Layla. Prince Jaun Carlos is a single dad who with the help of Remi started a successful company ten years ago. Now she has decided she wants to move on. He is determined she won't. Then she becomes pregnant after one night of passion. Will he be able to persuade her to stay. Loved it.

You don't realize what you have until you almost lose it. That's what happens here and I enjoyed the ride. I loved how Juan-Carlos tries and convinces Remi he is the one she needs. It's sweet and sexy and the story flows well.

An entertaining read. This is the fifth book in this Royal Heat series. This is the story of Remi and the man she loves, her boss. Their chemistry is amazing. The story flows well, will keep you interested all the way through. I enjoyed this book.

Good Book

Remi and Juan-Carlos have been circling around their attraction for each other since the day they met. And yet they never acted on it. That is until Remi sent in her notice after drinking a little too much. Remi has been cleaning up his messes for a decade and she's tired. All she wants now is to move on.

When Remi wakes up, she hopes she can undo her mistake and delete the email before Juan-Carlos sees it. But luck is not on her side today. He's waiting for her. Shocked by her notice and subdued attitude, he initially thought it was a joke until Remi made it clear that it was anything but.

Seeing red, Remi finally loses it - spilling all of her annoyances with Juan-Carlos and his friends that she's dealt with for the last decade. And finally seeing that she's really leaving unprepared, she decides to give in to her feelings for Juan-Carlos that she's kept at bay since the day they met. But once Juan-Carlos had her, he refuses to let her go, especially once he learns about the surprise he helped her create.

I felt like Juan-Carlos and Remi really needed some more character development. They felt...flat to me. We don't necessarily learn anything about why they are how they are, nor do we see them grow once they are together. Of course, we can't really say they are in a relationship because it doesn't feel like that. They slept together, a lot, especially on their "business" trip that Juan-Carlos is using to keep her in the company. Nevermind that she's made it clear that she wants to leave and find a new adventure and job somewhere else. And then we find out that she's pregnant, and she plans on taking the baby away with her now that she's leaving. They were a bit toxic in that they never talked about their issues or concerns, fought a bit, and resolved everything by sleeping together or ignoring each other for a while. And then there was Juan-Carlos' other kid that Remi had helped raise. Remi was basically a surrogate mom and she just planned on leaving anyway. Not that raising the kid was her responsibility, but still...

I ended up giving this 3.5 stars though because the steamy scenes were pretty enjoyable. And once Remi and Juan-Carlos actually ended up together in the end, they were cute. There was just a lot of angst that was unneeded and repetitive conversations for me.
