Interesting recipes can't wait to try more. Enjoyed making the hazelnut macarons they were lovely! Has a conversion table for weights, some decent photos, a pretty lengthy introduction on ingredients, tools to use, tips and tricks. Overall great book.

Instructions are not very good

Not a good baking book for people who have some experience baking. Instructions are not very thorough. No weights for ingredients in the recipe although there is a small conversion chart in the beginning. Lots and lots of banana bread recipes. I don’t happen to like bananas so this book was not for me.

Comprehensive collection of baked goods

Well put together. Methods explained. More complicated recipes have accompanying pictures. Wide variety to chose from. Thoughtfully assembled to encourage the reader.

Pictures stopped after a few recipes

It started off nicely with recipes that seemed appealing and nice photos ,then it turned and became sloppy. No photos etc.
