From the Something So Series comes

Michael Horton

Being traded after fighting with your coach on air isn’t exactly a good look.
With one mistake under my belt, I knew I needed to focus on the game, and nothing else.
But everything changed when I went to pick up my nieces and came face to face with my very pregnant one-night stand from six months ago.

Jillian
Two pink lines changed all my plans.
So did the guy I had a one-night stand with, a man who made me laugh and smile, a guy who I called to share my unexpected news with only to find out his number was no longer in service.
Once more let down by the opposite sex I figured I was doing this on my own.
Then one day I was staring into the eyes of the man I hated, the father of my baby.

All it took is only one mistake to change everything

4.5 stars!

What a fun read! A surprise pregnancy story that is sweet, funny, sexy and swoony, with one of my favourite book families along for the ride. This is a gorgeously functional, angst-free romance, and I loved it!

This is the story of Michael Horton. Michael is the son of Max and Allison (from Something So Irresistible), and he’s all grown up and playing in the NHL like his father, uncles and grandfather before him… and a handful of cousins. After a bad experience with his coach, he has been traded to Dallas, to play on the same team as his cousin, Cooper, and hopefully get the fresh start to his career he so badly needs.

On his first night in town he meets a woman who has just been stood up by a blind date. Jillian didn’t even want to go on the date, but she was talked into it, and while her night looked like it was going to be an absolute disaster, she ended up being rescued by Michael, and the two of them share drinks, banter, and one steamy as hell night together.

Random circumstances result in them unwillingly losing touch, but five months later Michael is picking up his young nieces from school and wouldn’t you know it… Jillian is their teacher. And she’s pregnant.

It’s a fun set up, and it’s so well done, and the story unfolds beautifully as Michael declares himself immediately ‘in’, and works hard to make up for the time he missed, and to prepare for the big changes coming their way.

“This is changing everything.”
“Not changing. Making us better.”

It’s such a gorgeous story and I loved watching Michael and Jillian find their way together. Michael is such a force when going after what he wants (Jillian included), but their romance is a slow build, full of chemistry, beautifully sweet moments, and an attraction that creates fantastic sexual tension. And, of course, there’s also a healthy dose of sexy time that is blisteringly hot.

“You have me … You fucking own all of me.”

I loved these characters. Jillian is smart, sensible, strong yet vulnerable, and so relatable, and of course Michael is a dream. He’s a good guy with a huge heart, completely alpha of course, and his sense of wonder over his unborn child is just gorgeous.

One of the highlights for me was seeing the beautiful relationship between Michael and his Dad, Max. Max has always been a fave of mine in this series, and seeing him in the role of loving, protective and supportive father absolutely stole my heart. I almost teared up at one point! But along with all of that love comes a heavy dose of the ridiculous as the family descends, bringing laugh-out-loud hilarity as they insert themselves into the situation, and OMG, I loved it!

“What the hell is wrong with you?” She looks at me, then looks at my dad. “What the hell is wrong with him? Didn’t you teach him the whole condom thing?”
My father just looks at her shocked. “First off, we had this talk with him together.” He points at my mother. “And second, I think he’s smart enough to know what to do with his penis.” He looks at me. “You did know what to do?”
I get up. “Of course we used protection, but it’s like…” I run my hands through my hair. “It’s not a hundred percent.”
“You know what is a hundred percent?” Matthew says, leaning forward. “A baby.”
“Your wisdom sometimes is just groundbreaking,” my father says to him sarcastically. “Why are you even here?”

And not just the parents! Michael and Jillian both have overly-intrusive, sassy sisters who also bring a lot of laughs to the story.

“They are making out on the couch,” I hear Julia say from behind me. “Looks hot and heavy. Should I break it up?”
“She’s already pregnant. He can’t do more damage than that,” I hear Alex say.

There is build-up there for the final two books of the series, and I am so excited for the stories that are to come.

I loved this book, loved being back int this world with these characters, and finished this book with a huge smile on my face

4.5 stars!

So, after reading several more books in this series, I have to lower my rating for this book. I even went back and reread a few passages from this one because I was wondering wtf I was thinking originally. This book is def. not as bad as others in this series, and I can understand why I liked it originally. BUT it still MAJORLY lacks common sense. The whole reason why they split and stayed apart for months made ZERO sense. I hate that shit, and it especially is irritating me now that I've read more of this series and seen how little apparent thought goes into these books.

So I originally gave this 4.5 stars and I'm lowering it to 3 because I think Ms. Madison needs to get someone on her team who will question her writing choices and not just kiss her behind.

---

This book is all swoons, sweetness, and happiness. It’s a break from reality romance… so don’t expect a lot of drama or angst. After they meet, there’s a 5 month separation, but they are reunited and the story is very mellow for most of the rest of the book. There are even two epilogues that were absolute sweetness overload! But I loved them.

My only complaint is that the story did feel a little too emo at a few points. I think the MCs and side characters all cried ~ every 2 pages. The constant waterworks were a bit much, but I still enjoyed the story.

Super safe, no om/ow drama, no virgins, no scenes with om/ow, hero not a manwhore, no partners during separation for either of them.

Natasha Madison wrote a new wonderful story, full of emotions and low on drama, I could not stop reading once I started and it kept me company for the day.

Only One Mistake tells the story of Michael Horton, hockey player just traded to Dallas, and jillian Williams, a teacher. Their journey is entarteining , chaotic and with quite a big surprise in the middle, you cannot not to cheer for this couple and to wish them a happy ending.

I adored the main characters. Michael is lovely, his romanticism is endearing, but at times a little overbearing. I liked Jillian because she is shy, indipendent and relatable.

I can't wait to see what comes next!

I know I say this every time Natasha Madison gives us a gem, but she has knocked it out of ice rink again!

Michael was new to Dallas and just wanted am opportunity to show he world what he’s been taught and to make his family proud. And if you know who Michael’s dad is- Freaking Max- you’ll know he has his dad’s personality and determination. As he get’s another chance to shine in his own right he unknowingly also gets a chance at true love.

The one-time Jillian throws caution to the air is the one time that brings big consequences, and, in my opinion, it was a beautiful one. The first time Michael and Jillian meet had me giggling and smiling like a cute fool.

As they get to know each other and work together it gave me hope that things would work out for them. And can I just say that I love Michael’s mom Allison who was AMAZING!!!! Going to patiently wait for the next gem <3 Kara~ 5 Stars

I like this trope but unfortunately the writing style didn't grab me. And why is everyone crying so much? H/h/his mom/his dad. I've never read a book w so much crying and it's only the start! lol

Some notes on safety:

- Both celibate during separation after their ONS
- The reason for separation was kinda dumb. Spoiler - hero lost his phone / had number leaked so had to change his # so the h couldn't contact him anymore but like did he not want to see her again??? He thought about her everyday supposedly during their 5ish months apart but didn't think to hit her up?
- H was not a manwhore / h has only been with 1 other man before meeting H

The swoony charm of Natasha Madison combined with some of my favorite tropes created for such a dreamy and fun read, and my new favorite in the Only One series! Natasha delights in this surprise pregnancy, hockey story. It’s sexy, super sweet, and relatively low drama- the perfect feel good read that gives you all those swoony romance butterflies.

Only One Mistake gives us the story of Michael, recently traded NHL hottie and hockey royalty who starts his time in his new city with a bang- both figuratively AND literally. When Jiliian first mistakes him for the blind date she reluctantly agreed to, the two of them hit it off, and thanks to the magic elixir of cocktails and flirty banter, they have a steamy one night. That results in a surprise, but because of miscommunication and unexpected circumstance, Michael doesnt’ find out about until months later, courtesy of a little serendipity.

What I love about this series is just how low angst it is- the perfect stories to just swim around in the magic of falling in love. I loved how all in Michael was- how he was so protective and loving. And Jillian is my kind of heroine- she’s a bit shy, smart, and sweetly vulnerable with Michael. They have oodles of chemistry and so many cute moments together. And I loved watching them figure their relationship out- all while trying to face the big changes coming their way.

Fans of the series as well as the Something So series will be happy to catch up with past characters. But even if you haven’t read the prior series (I had not), you can read this easily. I loved Michael’s relationship with his dad, and I’m excited to go back and read his father’s book. The family element brings a lot of sincerity as well as plenty of laughs.

What a sweet and swoony story- yet another effortlessly dreamy gem from the fabulous Natasha Madison.

I’m not in the mood to deal with this shiet right now.
The reason for their separation is plain STUPID.
But hero wasn’t a whore and they both celibate during separation so maybe I will come back to finish the book.

This was my first book by this author and I really liked it! It’s about a hockey player who meets a woman at a bar. She’s there waiting for a blind date, who stands her up. He feels bad for her and buys her drinks. They end up having a one night stand.

They exchange numbers but due to a mixup (which was kinda dumb and didn’t really make any sense IMO), they end up not seeing each other again until 5 months later. H goes to pick up his niece and nephew from school and h is their teacher. He’s super happy to see her but surprised because she’s pregnant… extra surprised because the baby is his.

If you like the surprise-pregnancy trope, this book is pretty good! I liked the chemistry between H and h. The smexy scenes were very hot. The book goes through her whole pregnancy and he was obsessed with her and the baby, which was really cute. There were a lot of side characters (his very large family and her sister) and I loved them all.

The only thing I didn’t like about this was that everyone was CONSTANTLY crying! I don’t think a single chapter went by without one or more people tearing up. They would all cry at the drop of a hat! It got kinda annoying.

Listen, I'm sorry but I just couldn't bring myself to like this one. In short it was all too mushy for my taste. There were several things that I didnt like, (others might, of course) but I finished it anyways, even though I knew I wouldn't like it from the moment he called his parents after he found out he was going to be a father. Yup he called his parents, crying, telling them to "come down here" because he has "something important to tell them". It brings me to my first problem:

The families: In my opinion, it was just too much, too many people, they didn't add anything to the story other than making me annoyed. Sure, I liked the banter between them, but it all felt like a competition of who had the best family and unresolved tension, all the time. They could have had a smaller role in the story. Also the whole meeting with the parents in the beginning... what? I'll tell you what - it made me cringe, it was overly unrealistic and, honestly, it didnt make me feel anything.

The tears: I've seen other reviews and I couldn't agree more. Dont get me wrong, I like crying in books, is makes the charachters seem more real, but this? ...this was just too much. I felt like someone cried on every single page, or any time anything happened. The their eyes were always shining/brimming/flowing with tears (including the men) all the time, it just didn't make the tears or the moment as special as it could have been.

The insta love: I'm sorry, but that is not my taste. I like it when they have instant attraction but this was too much, too fast. I suppose the situation kind of called for it but still, it annoyed me how fast it went. No real emotional connection, no character development.

Non existant plot: There was no real plot other than him finding out she got pregnant from their one-night-stand. Also, if he knew where she lived and actually wanted to see her again, I don't understand why he didn't just drive to her even if just to tell her that he lost his phone.??? And I felt like his POV consisted entirely of him saying, I wish i could kiss her right now but I wont because she might no feel the same. DUDE... just do something... hug her, kiss her, tell her how you feel, I don't care what you do, just do SOMETHING!

The heroine: your typical - I'm NoT lIkE oThEr GiRlS. Also, her fashion sense, was it just me or did she not have one?

Yup, that was basically it. Like I said, it was just too much for me, but maybe that's your thing so don't let me stop you. Although, if you're like me, dont even start, it's not worth it.

1.5/5 stars from me :)

Universal

Michael's just been traded to a new team in a new city when he meets a gorgeous woman who's been stood up by her blind date. He can't help but want to get to know the sweetheart who has no idea who he is and with whom he had chemistry the minute they met. But leaving the ball in her court to call him after the hottest night of his life didn't work for him until months later he walks into his nieces' school to pick them up, and lo and behold guess who their teacher is?! It's the woman who's never left his mind since that night. The woman who never called. The woman who looks a little different now. The woman who seems angry at him for some reason. Will he be able to convince Jillian he is all in with her in this new phase of their lives? Or will she continue to be angry at him for something he had no control over?

I LOVE Michael and Jillian!! She's the kind of heroine I like reading most - sweet with a very strong backbone and a big heart, down to earth and kind, and the kind of woman we all would want to be friends with. And she was lucky to be paired with a man with an equally big heart, swoon worthy charm, and alpha all in one package. I loved how hard he worked to convince her he was with her, that she was the one, and that he wasn't going anywhere. Their chemistry was downright sizzling, treating me to some seriously sweat inducing sexy times, and an emotional connection that only deepened the more time they spent with each other. I was so excited being back in Natasha's hockey world, and am anxiously waiting for Wilson's story, One More Love now.

Exactly what I needed. A lighthearted, drama free book with the cutest couple. Both Jillian & Michael were the cutest, especially the way Michael spoiled and took care of Jillian, and the side characters were both lovable and funny. Also there was alot of happy crying in this book which was weird but also funny ???

DNF @ 37% because - CRINGE - that’s how I’d describe this book as a whole

Do you ever read a book and think to yourself how did anyone write this dialogue and think that it was charming, flirty, smart and sexy because believe me it definitely wanted to be all those things.

So the MCs meet in the most unlikely type of situation (nobody goes on real blind dates anymore - I mean the one where you don’t even know if the guy is blonde or brunette or how old he is - nada, zilch - but we’ll just pretend it’s possible cause what kind of woman cares about her safety and all those other pesky details) and from the time they meet they share some of the cringiest lines of dialogue which showcase that she is not like other girls and that he is a judgemental, misogynistic prick but not towards her - cause again, she’s not like other girls - they continue to laugh at the most asinine remarks which are supposed to be funny and show how much range or personality they both have but truly at this point I can safely say they both have the personality of a doorknob.

Afterwards sexy times ensue - and the innocent - not like other girls female lead has a personality transplant in which she sounds like she writes erotica scrips.. not shaming her - it’s just unrealistic.

What else… oh yeah, the baby misunderstanding. So he gives her his number after their night together and says “call me” she does but he lost his phone and then got a new one - THEN, after 5 months they meet and the idiot says .. I was waiting for your call, I didn’t mean to stand you up EXCUSE ME SIR, BUT, BUT… you literally just said….

All the while he couldn’t stop thinking of her - BUT, he knew where she lived!!! She didn’t have any info on him except his first name!!

Who writes this shit!? Make it make sense!?

Also, the writing is childish.

People don’t act and speak like that.. like caricatures if themselves. This was a hot mess.

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to this book (if you have not read any of this please do not start with this one) and the reason was what seemed the near constant tears or crying of the characters. String characters from previous books now seemed to cry at the drop of a hat. I’m hoping the next one gets some stronger characters back in and less tears please, some is good but not this much from them.

The shit about him changing his phone number and that he couldn’t contact her was a load of bullshit, if he really wanted to meet her and couldn’t stop thinking about her he could’ve went to her address to meet her, he knew where she lived but he didn’t do that at all, he knew he didn’t have her phone number and yet he didn’t do anything to seek her out. I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

Despite loving the Only One series, doubts arose about Only One Mistake, book number 6. This was due in part to the featured trope, surprise/accidental pregnancy. However, the fears were for naught. Learning the circumstances behind the reason the hero did not know of the heroine’s pregnancy made it easier to appreciate the story. The decision to stick with it despite initial reservations proved to be a good one. I enjoyed all the books in the series and this was one was no exception.

This installment introduces Michael Horton, son of Max Horton, from Something So Irresistible, story. Michael was recently traded to the Dallas Oilers because of the disharmony with his previous coach.

On his first night in his town, he meets a beautiful lady, Jill Ian, who unfortunately had been stood up by her blind date. Out of sympathy for her situation, he offered to salvage her night. Soon they were having a great time together, which led to the steamiest the two had ever experienced. Unfortunate circumstances led to them losing contact with each other. They may have lost contact physically, but they were never far from each other’s thoughts.

Fast forward five months later. Michael receives the shock of his life when picking up his nieces from school. The woman who haunted his dreams was their teacher, and she was pregnant.

I had a blast with this one. Michael was such a great guy. He never hesitates to take up his responsibility. The moment he discovered his imminent fatherhood, he was all in. The way he treated Jillian made me swoon. Aww, so adorable and romantic.

I admired Jillian for her independence and strength. It could not have been easy finding out she was pregnant and not being able to locate the man responsible. She handled the situation like a champ, especially the moment Michael came back in her life.

The thing that stood out most for me was the manner in which Michael’s family embraced Jillian. They brought levity to the story with their snarky comments. They also brought  a warm and comfy vibe to the story with their love and support.
The romance which developed between Michael was endearing and slow-burning. They clearly cared about each other, but fears and insecurities stood in the way. They shared sweet, endearing, and captivating moments. Watching them navigate their journey into parenthood and finding love in the process warmed my heart.

I enjoyed coming back to this world. However, I wish they would all stop smirking. What is it with everyone and their smirks? So annoying.

Conclusion/Recommendation

Only One Mistake is a heartwarming, swoon worthy romance which appeals to fans of the genre.

Only One Mistake is a fun charming and romantic story that had me laughing and left me smiling long before I reached the end. I loved the set up of the storyline I am a sucker for a surprise pregnancy especially when it is done without unnecessary drama.

Jillian and Michael meet when she is on a blind date and he steps in and lets just say they get to know each other very well. I was so happy that Michael was not portrayed as an arrogant sportsman but with Max as a dad I shouldn't have expected anything else. So many times Michael made me swoon when he says he's all in he really means it. I was living for every extravagant OTT gesture he did. When his family arrive the fun really starts, they are a big crazy loud supportive bunch who you would be lucky to have on your side. Whilst I loved Jillian and Michael as a couple my absolute favourite relationship was between father and son. Max is father goals, his love for his son was beautiful to see. I adored seeing a character I loved as a strong loving supportive father who was unafraid to show his feelings.

I loved everything about this book from start to finish, being back with past characters felt like coming home.

Hidupnya lancar jaya, ngalahin tol nya Jakarta.... ude tau si kl sport romance ma bacaan ringan banget, tp ya gitu.. tiap kelar "huh, kenapa hidupnnya mudah sekali" buahahhahahaha

gw lompat2 bacanya, dan ini novel isinya se klan... banyak banget orangnya, meski leadnya ttp dpt porsi banyak sih, tp ya gt.. kr kebanyakan orang, kebanyakan tokoh dan semuanya bahagia, saling support, makin berasa too good to be true banget. Trs setting dari ketemu - saling menyadari perasaan masing-masing juga cepet dah, sampai berasa chem nya kurang.

Terus kenapa 4 bintang, kr enak aja dibaca, tau2 kelar buahahahahahha

I absolutely loved this one. I cried pretty much the whole damn book too!! I had no clue what kind of ride I was going to be on when I stumbled upon the Stone family a couple of years ago, but I'm so glad I did.

I wasn't sure what to expect with Michael's story, but I loved it. Jillian was perfect for him. This was one of my favorites of the series. There was so little angst and I really needed that in this one.

But my favorite parts were with all of the family. I loved seeing Allison and Max, Matthew, Dylan, Alex, and the crew. I swear it's my favorite part of these books. Seeing the love this family has for one another. The crazy banter they bring is always on point.

I cried so much in this book because of that. The love they showed Jillian just melted my heart. ugh...so so good. Can't wait to read the next one!

4.5⭐️

Only One Mistake is the story of Michael Horton (son of Max and Allison, from Something So Irresistible) and Jillian Williams. I just love the Horton family. There are crazy, chaotic, big, bold and loud but they are a protective, supportive family that love hard. After Jillian gets stood up by a blind date Michael discovers her sitting alone and comes to her rescue and the two embark on one hot, steamy hookup. Only it turns into so much more than they ever bargained for with unexpected pregnancy. Michael much like his dad, is a true Horton, irresistible, fiercely protective and loyal. He looks after his responsibilities and the moment he learns of Jillian’s pregnancy he stepped up in every way. It doesn’t take long before Jillian is wrapped up in the Horton crazy chaotic world but she embraces it and fit right in. I loved getting a look at where his siblings are at in their lives and especially can’t wait for his sister, Alex’s story. My love of Natasha Madison started with her Something So Series, and I can never get enough of this second generation. Her stories are full of heat, humor and so much heart and I adore every single one. I listened to the audiobook narrated by Connor Crais and Ava Lucas. I just love them. Their performances are raw, emotional, passionate and funny. They are the perfect choices for these characters. I cannot wait for the next one!

Everything about this book is so extra. And not in a good way
The reoccurring characters are absolutely Exhausting. it’s time to retire this series.
So much waste. Of food, of money and jet fuel. It is 2020. It’s not appealing anymore.
And let’s talk about the super incredible Insta love. One night stand. Lost touch. Met 5 months later. She’s pregnant. He’s a professional hockey player. No questions asked. None. No paternity test. No nothing.
Just ridiculous

Jillian gets stood up on a blind date, except she accidentally meets Michael and they spend the night together. Michael has just been traded at his request to Dallas.

The universe had plans because collecting his cousin and linemate, Cooper’s little girls, he is surprised to see a pregnant Jillian, Mia and Emma’s kindergarten teacher.

He came to see her that Sunday, the week after, but she wasn’t home. He waited for about an hour, and then his sister Alex and cousin convinced him that it looked like he was stalking her and the neighbours might ring the cops since he was sitting in his car that whole time.

When she and Michael meet again, months later, he’s shocked, but it doesn't take him long to earn his way back into Jillian's good graces. Jillian had tried reaching him, but he went away on a road trip the next day…thinking he lost his mobile, instead he forgot it on his flight. The flight attendant held it hostage, they set up a time for him to retrieve it when he got back to town, but she said she wouldn’t give it back unless he went on a date with her.

He refused and went to his boss, who in turn reported her, to her boss, and had her dismissed and blacklisted from other airlines. Out of pique, she published his number on Twitter earning him random calls, requiring that he change his number.

He asks his parents to urgently visit, they promptly arrive the next day. Jillian is introduced to his parents, his sister Alex and his mother’s brother Matthew, all of whom are unconditionally understanding and accepting. The next day, her mother invites them all for dinner.

They are from massive wealth, mansions, private jets…opulent baby showers and weddings.
Michael was almost eleven pounds - asks the question “who the h*ll gives birth to an eleven-pound child?”
“Don’t you look at me like that, Michael Horton.” Jillian is due in six weeks.
“Do you not see what state I’m in?” She points at her belly.
“There is no more room for this child to grow into, but according to Alex, you had a big fat head, so I’m going to be giving birth to a turkey.”

He buys her a Life Alert Necklace for safety.

“I need to shower, we had sex this morning.” I look at Michael while the other three just groan.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” Dylan (his brother) mumbles beside him. “You can’t keep it in your pants. Look at her. Does she look like she wants to have sex with you?”
“Enough,” Alex says when the front door opens, and the sound of more feet fills the house.
“What’s going on?” Allison (his mother) says, pushing through Dylan and Michael to get to me. “Why isn’t she dressed and in the car?”
“She needs to shower because Michael had sex with her this morning.” Dylan fills them in, and I close my eyes from embarrassment but also the pain that shoots through my vagina. I put my hand on my stomach, and it’s hard as a rock.
“That is probably what started the labor,” Max says, as if this is an everyday thing. Out of all of us, I would never imagine Max and Alex to be the calm, cool ones. “We did the same thing with Michael.”
Dylan puts his hands to his mouth again. “This time, I’m really going to be sick.” He gags.
“There are things you share,” Alex says with clenched teeth. “And there are things you never ever say in your whole life.” She points at him. “That is one of them.”

The doctor comes in with the nurse. “Good morning, how are we doing?”
“My vagina feels like someone lit it on fire,” I say, trying to sit up. “After a circus of clowns paraded through it with knives.” Making her laugh.

A chance meeting, a memorable night, an unexpected surprise, engaging, entertaining family interactions.

A sports romance where the hero isn’t a manwhore and no OW drama. Where can I sign up? This book is it guys! I absolutely loved it! I haven’t read all previous books in this series and you don’t have to. Characters do make an appearance, but it’s not that you need to know their full story. This plot seemed like a great one, so decided to give this book ago. Turned out to be a 5 star read.

Michael was the best hero I read about in ages. He wasn’t a manwhore and women weren’t drooling around him. In a hockey romance that seems like a rarity. Michael and Jillian meet by mistake, which leads to a great connection and a one night stand. But things go wrong by accident and they don’t speak with each other in the next 6 months. They meet again by coincidence and surprise surprise Jillian is pregnant. This guy was all in, so cute and a bit insecure, but alpha when he needed to be. His family was great. The book had a lot of lough out loud moments! The romance is a build up, both insecure about how the other one feels. Michael really made this book for me and him and Jillian made the cutest couple. Really hot sex scenes too!

Safe read. Hero not a manwhore. Not much about his past, only that he doesn’t date much, doesn’t sleep around and the one time he took a girl home he fell asleep before the main act. No virgin, but definitely not a womanizer. Heroine was only with 1 man before, a boyfriend, and Michael was the second one she slept with and her first one night stand. No cheating, OW/OM drama or sex with OP.

5 star Review Only One Mistake (Only One #6) by Natasha Madison

I loved this book. What a great addition Only One Mistake was to the Only One series. From the first chapter I was riveted to the story that Natasha Madison wove. As I have come to expect from this author the story was extremely well written with characters whose story you cannot help but become invested in.

I fell hard and fast for Michael Horton and the Jillian, the woman who he fell for hook, line and sinker. The Horton family are a hoot, they are a family that you cannot help but become invested in.

Jillian mistakenly believes that Michael is her blind date and after a night of passion they go their separate ways. Miss communication is rife in this book and it lead to some interesting situations. When they reconnect months later, surprises are in store. There were moments where I laughed, moments where I wanted to cry and moments where I swooned.

This was a beautiful love story that ticked all the boxes for me and one I have no hesitation in recommending. .
