Wilson
I was the bad boy on and off the ice.
I loved it — owned it.
Hockey. Women. Money.
Until she came into the picture.
Now, all I want to do is be better.
I want to prove to myself I don’t have to be the guy everyone thinks I am.
She knocked down the walls I spent my whole life building.

Franny
My last name opened the doors, but proving I was worth the title of TV producer took all of my time.
He walked in with a chip on his shoulder.
I was happy to point out all his flaws.
Falling for him was inevitable.
When scandal hits, no one expected me to stand by his side.
Not even him.
But I’ve learned that you get only one love.

You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. This book was actually pretty terrible. I didn't think that the male lead, Wilson, was too bad but the female lead, Franny, was absolutely insufferable. She is completely sex-focused and not in an empowering way- she not only asks for what she wants and is not shy about her sexuality (which I always admire in strong female leads), but sex is basically her personality. There is no conversation in which Franny does not speak about sex. With her family, her friends, and with Wilson she only talks about sex, hookups, masturbation, sex toys, even when her parents are right there.

Anyone with a brain would be able to tell that when Wilson asks Franny to go out with him that he is interested in trying out a relationship, especially since he has turned her down for more casual sex before that. However, Franny is still hyper-focused on sex. He comes to pick her up and brings her roses and she suggests they stay in to have sex only instead of going out. Before they even get to the place that Wilson has bought out for the night with her preferences in mind, she suggests that they go back home and have sex instead of going out multiple times. She continues to suggest that they skip food and go home to have sex like COME ON!! He went to all this trouble to impress you and you just keep saying "don't woo me, I'm a sure thing." Get freaking real!

The story started to get a little better when Wilson's ex-girlfriend released a sex tape of Franny and Wilson from her secret cameras in Wilson's house. It made Franny have a little bit more of a personality in her reaction, but I also found it frustrating that there were basically no consequences for the ex. It was like the author just forgot about that plot point. I started to get interested at that point, but it ultimately fell flat. I did not feel any romance or connection between Wilson and Franny outside of the sexual. I still don't really know why he would want her for anything other than sex since that is all she seemed to be offering from the beginning and she never really showed him (or us) who she really is outside of a very sexual yet childish woman with no emotional maturity.

I would not read this book again if I had it to do-over.

Frances or better known as Franny is young Cooper’s sister and Matthew’s (from SOMETHING SO PERFECT) daughter. She has been in other books but I guess I didn’t get a good feel for her until this one. She is a real spitfire! She is very independent and knows what she wants. She doesn’t do relationships and prefers to stick to one night stands.

Wilson is one of Cooper’s teammates and well known as a bad boy on the Dallas Hockey team. Although he didn’t remember her at first, he had met Franny at a wedding they both attended and they hooked up. After she jogs his memory, he very much so remembers their time together and he desperately wants more time with her but not as a one time deal.

Wow, I really liked this couple and their journey. I also really liked the conflict with Franny and her dad. Being that everything with this big extended hockey family always seemed so perfect it was nice to see some real family dynamics and possible disfunction. LOL…like the rest of us have!

they had a one night stand but he doesn't remember, and now he wants her but she just wants to have fun.

my only problem with this book is that usually when the character doesn't want to be in a relationship, we get a back story as to why they don't want to date, but here we never get the explanation. also, i wanted some drama!

I really enjoyed Only One Love, this story was swoony, spicy and delicious.

Wilson is a hockey player for Dallas, Frances accepts a job as a tv producer in Dallas, leaving her overprotecting family in New York to prove her skills. They meet in a bar but that's not the first time, nor it isn't going to be the last one.

I loved Franny, she is witty and fierce, her desire for independence is acceptable. I particularly adored how she addresses difficulties head-on, without backing down. I liked to see that Wilson is not the bad boy depitced by the press but he is really a stand-up guy. They share a deep connection, a strong attraction and a burning chemistry, that made me sweat.

Natasha Madison is my go to author to be sure to get always the best of the sports romance genre.
This was the 7th book in this series and it still has a refreshing plot, I already can't wait for the next one.

Super smexy read!

Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Trope: ONS, teammate's sister
Angst: 😱😱
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Frances is a girl who knows what she wants, does what she wants, and who she wants. Completely comfortable with herself and her sexuality. And she doesn't do relationships. When her brother's teammate, Wilson, hits on her, she takes great pleasure in reminding him they've already met, done it, and she's good, lol. Wilson is shocked by both her cavalier attitude and the fact that he wants a chance at more with her.

I really loved this story. It was a cute storyline, super fast paced, and well written. The chemistry between Francis and Wilson is super hot and the smexy in here was en fuego 🔥🔥🔥 and non-stop. Definitely more than I usually see in a Natasha Madison book ❤. I loved how they were both alpha, both commitment-phobes, but they were completely open to being all in with each other. Super cute!

Only One Love is the 7th book in the Only One series by Natasha Madison and can totally be read as a standalone, but will best enjoyed when read in series order. All three of her hockey series are loosely connected. This book is written in first person, from dual perspective.

Universal

Franny's taking a step out from under her famous family's umbrella by moving and taking a new job. Through her new job she meets (re-meets) ice's baddest of all bad boys on and off the ice, Wilson. Though their chemistry is obvious from the first page, she's not about to give into him knowing how he is. But is Wilson really just a bad boy? Is there much more to this man who meets her and immediately wants more than just fun with her?

The answer is yes, Wilson is much more than just a bad boy. He's an absolute sweetheart with more on his plate than just hockey, and he's done nothing to change his reputation. Falling for Franny, though? She makes him want to be more than just a player. He wants everything with her and he's more than up for the challenge she presents with her defenses up and her walls sky high. He will convince her he's all in, that he's more than his reputation, that he wants all of her.

These two...I loved them! I think they just may be my favorite couple in this whole series. She's a badass independent boss woman who doesn't take shit in any way, shape or form. She meets obstacles and devours them. She's thrown challenges and scales them. Wilson may be the biggest challenge of all, to her heart, and she couldn't resist his sweet charm, his beautiful heart and his naughty ways. They were both so lucky they met their soulmates in each other.

I am SO in love with Only One Love (Only One #7) and Wilson and Franny are by far my favorite couple in this entire series. Natasha Madison did an excellent job with Franny’s character as she’s one of the strongest and smartest heroines I’ve ever read. She is a BOSS and I love everything about her witty, confident and head strong personality. And couple her with hockey’s sexy bad boy, Wilson and you have absolute fire!! Although Wilson is a bad boy, he’s also charming with a sweet side that melted my heart. These two are a power couple and more than perfect for each other with their passionate, desirable and tantalizing sexy times. Wilson and Franny’s chemistry and attraction is undeniable and the sexual tension between them is combustible.

Only One Love has a great and entertaining storyline with a hint of drama. And as usual, the Grant/Stone/Horton family never disappoints with their crazy and hilarious antics. This is a fantastic addition to the series and I highly recommend reading it.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Only One Love by Natasha Madison is the seventh book in the Only One series. I have been following the series from the start and looked forward to diving into the latest installment. It may not have been what I had hoped, based on prior experience with the series, but I still had a good time with it. Read on to learn my reasons for recommending Only One Love.
As mentioned earlier, Only One Love didn’t completely live up to my expectations. It took me sometime to fully engage with the main characters. Fortunately, the deeper into the story one goes, one learns to appreciate them both and relate to what makes them tick. I had a good time seeing how they came together.

Frances and Bradley are total opposites. Frances knows what it means to be part of a loving family, while Bradley had a troubled childhood. An absentee father and a mother who never showed him unconditional love. Despite this, he successfully forged a career in hockey. The media dubs him the bad of hockey. He gained the bad boy moniker because of fights he unwittingly ends up in while on the rink.

The relationship between Frances and Bradley began as a one-night stand which occurred prior to the start of this book. They probably never expected their paths to cross again, but given the fact they shared the same circles, meeting again was inevitable. At the point of reconnection, their chemistry exploded off the pages.

The romance which developed was spicy and filled with lots of heat. Now, I don’t mind a spicy romance, but it would have been nice to have a greater amount of emotional connection. I thought the hero was more emotionally invested in the relationship.

The synopsis mentioned a scandal. A scandal meant to cause damage brought the couple closer. It's such a pity the person behind it paid the consequences for their actions, but no course of action was taken against this person.

Overall, Only One Love delivery a sassy, light and sexy romance sprinkled with humour. I am eager for more of this series and can’t wait to see what next the author has in store for fans of the series.

Finally, a heroine that is almost perfect!!! LOL
Frances (Franny) is a in-your-face direct, confident smart and witty young business woman that has no topic taboo - at all...and I freakin LOVED her... (she kind of reminded me of me...hahahha)

Wilson, on the other hand, was somehow out of her league...I felt like he was simply following her lead, which is fine by me, but not all the time...or maybe I just felt like that through out their intercourses and meetings and sex...

But all in all, they worked together, loved the banter and the bickering, the jokes and the witty remarks...

what I didn't like is the current or the flow of the story, it dragged, it had unnecessary parts that simply felt like an input to fill out the pages...and that dragged away my attention, made me skip...I dislike doing that in general...unfortunately, it also ruined my overall opinion of the story on its own and even the fab characters couldn't lift it up

I have to say this was one of the funniest books I have read, it was a lot of fun and made you constantly laugh. Wilson had definitely met is match with Franny.

We loved Franny from the moment we met her, she was so full of life and a bada** as well. She was one tough cookie living in a man's world, career wise.

Wilson we loved seeing him all flustered and off kilter when it comes to being with Franny. Who clearly was good for him. Deep down, we felt Wilson was a great guy, even maybe a bit insecure but, Franny is just the man to give him a kick in the pants he needs to see that there is no need to be insecure because she has his back.

Both Franny and Wilson made an awesome couple, their chemistry off the charts, they sizzled together. Their loving making and sexy scenes off the charts as well! Super and smoking hot, the kind that makes a girl jealous! Swoon worthy and fan worth as well!

Overall, loved the story from cover to cover, could not put it down. The characters in this series as well as this story were awesome and well love them all. Franny, you are one lucky gal and vice versa! Grins!

Another super swoony and sweet Only One story from Natasha Madison. Natasha always brings lots of heart and charm to every story, and this hockey series is the perfect diversion from the world around us. Franny is a delightfully witty and strong heroine- and I related so fiercely for her need to pave her own way away from her family. And Wilson is yet another yummy hockey hottie with a lot of heart under this less than stellar bad boy rep. The chemistry between them is the perfect combination of heart and heat, and I loved watching them fall. Yet another winner from this endearing hockey series!

4.5 stars!

The seventh book in the Only One series, and we’re still going strong! This book is a fun, fiery, sexy story with two characters that I adored, and is a great addition to the series!

Franny is the daughter of Matthew and Callie (Something So Perfect), and she’s just packed up her life and moved to Dallas for a fresh start. She has a happy and successful life, but she’s busting to step out from under the shadow of her famous family and claim something that is just hers, and she’s accepted a new job as a TV producer for a sports show, is full of ideas and determined to prove herself.

Brad Wilson plays hockey for the Dallas NHL team. His teammates include Franny’s brother, Cooper, and cousin, Michael, along with all of the other boys of the series, and Wilson is considered the ‘bad boy’ of the team. It’s a reputation he probably deserves on the ice, but it is in no way a reflection of who he is as a person. He’s actually a sweetheart, dealing with a lot, but he’s confident with a great sense of humour, and I loved him pretty much instantly.

Sparks fly when Franny and Wilson meet, and in a hilarious twist, it turns out they’ve actually met before. It’s clear they have chemistry, and their attraction sizzles, and their banter and flirting is smutty and so entertaining. There is attraction there, but Franny has walls up and she doesn’t make it easy. She may be supremely sexually confident, but she doesn’t date, and has no intention of starting with Wilson, though as the sexual tension between them builds, she makes it clear that she’s more than open to sex. But Wilson wants more from her than that, and he brings the charm and the swoon as he tries to convince her to give him a shot for real, proving to her that he is so much more than the man that everybody thinks he is.

“What’s wrong?” I search her face.
“What’s wrong?” She puts her hand out, groaning. “What’s wrong? I’m suffering from restless vagina.” I can’t help but laugh out loud. “Don’t fucking laugh, Wilson, you put me in this condition.” She takes the phone in her hand and slaps her bed.
“Oh, baby,” I say softly, watching her blue eyes, and I suddenly wish I was next to her. Fuck, it’s not sudden.

It’s sexy, fun, and full of chemistry, and I loved watching these two find their way to each other. From the very beginning their relationship is honest and functional, and they are absolutely gorgeous together. Franny is strong and sassy, and she’s not about to let anybody push her around, and I love that about her. And Wilson may be a sweetheart, but he’s definitely all alpha. They are a great match, their passion for each other is out of control, and their love story is fantastic!

“Make no mistake about it, Frances.” His fingers come out of my hair to rub my cheek. “You’re mine.”

But just as they are finding their way, scandal hits. Those who read the previous book will know exactly what’s about to happen, and I’ve gotta say, I loved how it was all handled. The family is hilarious, and Franny is a freaking rockstar, and I was cheering for her and her badassery as they deal with the fallout and figure their way through it all.

There are some great, though unexpected, family dynamics in this one. And even though Franny is Matthew’s daughter, it’s her Uncle Max who absolutely shines in this book. Their relationship is just gorgeous, and I love how he is there for his niece. The rest of the extended, extended, extended family is on board (seriously, it’s getting hard to keep track of them all!), and I loved seeing them together. Alex, in particular, is a freaking riot, and I’m so excited for her book up next!

I loved this book. It’s seriously steamy and lots of fun with a gorgeous romance.

4.5 stars!

This was fun! So much fun. Francis's family is so much fun! Their interaction is what made this book for me. Wilson and Francis have met before... he doesn't remember though but she does because it was memorable (for her at least). Francis doesn't date... Wilson has never had a real family. At least not what Francis has. Regardless of all the sappy parts, it was very entertaining!

⛔️ (in notes)
First thing that bothered me, H doesn’t recognize h when they meet at the bar, they had sex twice/three times and he doesn’t recognize her, did he fucking put a bag over her head? I’m sorry but only a not memorable sex or a girl would get a non-recognition from a guy and she’s supposed to be his future girlfriend and he doesn’t even recognize her, perfect😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Second thing was that h was too TOO sexually forward, the things she said and did? They made me fucking cringe😂😂 definitely not my type of heroine, she’s from some type of non-stop sex planet, the only thing she wanted from H was sex, she didn’t care about him personally/emotionally, poor guy

Natasha Madison has given us a steamy hot bad boy that you can't help but fall in love with. Fran really meets her match with Wilson. They are absolutely adorable together, their chemistry is on fire. They have such understanding for each other. They have respect and admiration for each other. I love how Fran stands by Wilson and sees in him what no else does even himself.
PRE-ORDER THIS BOOK IT'S GONNA BE AWESOME....

Only One Love had me so intrigued before reading and I couldn't have been more happy with how this story turned out. I absolutely loved Wilson and Franny's romance! I can never get enough of this hockey world Natasha Madison created. Each new book is as interesting as the previous ones.

I enjoyed peeling Wilson's layers. He's so much more than the player we had glimpsed at in the other novels. The man doesn't have a big support system and learned early on that he could only depend on himself. It was a little sad to watch how lonely he was and how he was so wrongly seen as the bad boy. When he meets Franny there's just something so tangible between them. He's so determined to get her to see that their physical attraction could be so much more! I was charmed by his sweetness and courtship. Franny doesn't make it easy for him. She's an indepedent woman and all about no strings sex. Despite her effortless connection with Wilson, she's scared to open up to him. Her attitude was amazing to witness. She was fierce and full of strength. A real boss lady! The evolution of this couple's relationship was truly breathtaking. Their shared moments were also really steamy hot.

I had a great time reading Only One Love between this couple's intense chemistry and the family's antics. It's always a pleasure to revisit these characters. This novel was another winner for me and put everything in place for Alex and Dylan's story next, Only One Forever!

Brad Wilson is considered a bad boy when it comes to the hockey world. He’s been playing in the league for some time. Franny Grant comes from hockey royalty, but she wants to work hard and make a name for herself, without the help of her family or her last name.

Wilson and Franny have a one night stand, yet when their paths cross again there is no shortage of chemistry between the two of them. The sparks are flying off the pages when it comes to the two of them. They can’t get enough of each other. I loved the banter between them, too. These two were meant for each other.

When something unexpected is released of the two of them, I love that Wilson is protective of Franny. He is more worried about her than he is himself. I also loved that Franny didn’t let it get to her, she handled it and was pretty BA doing it.

If you’re looking for a spicy sports romance this is one to check out.

I don’t know how she does it! Natasha Madison writes fantastic sports romances. These characters just get better and better. From the Something so series to the This is series and now the Only one series, the stories and characters make me feel so good and always wanting another story.
Only One Love is book 7 in the Only One series and follows Frances aka Franny and Wilson on their story.
Frances comes from a long line of hockey players, but is ready to strike out on her own. She is independent and head strong. Wilson is the bad boy of hockey with a heart of gold. A one night stand at a wedding turns into anything but that!
These two are hot and have amazing chemistry. They both don’t date, do not fall in love and do not do relationships until they do.
When you know, you know and Wilson knew. The bad boy got tamed by Franny and Franny started a relationship before she knew what hit her.
An unlikely duo that will give you all the feels and sparks.
From the story, the characters to the dialogue, this book will bring the heat, the love and romance. And a bonus is all the characters that make cameos from the other books.
A must read winner!

Natasha Madison continues her hockey series with the bad boy of the Dallas hockey team Brad Wilson. He falls for his teammates little sister Francis Grant. If your a fan of the original series that started a whole span of spinoff like I am you will know that Franny's dad is the most alpha and messing with his baby girl would be a good story.
Wilson is a bit misunderstood and it will take a strong and confident woman like Franny to love him. The author didn't drag out his anger issues but focus on the type of upbringing he had compared to Franny's large and successful family dynamic.
Looking forward to Dylan's story next as his fathers story was my favourite of all the hockey books which has span 16 books so far

More like 3.5 ⭐️ Ok, I love me some hockey men and this series has been ok - nothing like the first book that started it all which I loved. But Frannie was annoying AF for 3/4 of the book. I give her credit towards the end when shit got real, but I’m all about closure - and the big deal that happened? Ya, it just fizzled

DNF at 35%. This book just isn’t for me. I couldn’t connect with both MC’s and it just felt so crass. A lot of talks about pu$$y, banging and big d*cks. So shallow. Just not for me.

Brad and Franny were sexy, fun and so sweet. The fact that this man FORGOT they hooked up had me dying! Talk about a plot twist in the beginning. Their story was full of banter and all the tummy tingling vibes! I really loved them. I also enjoyed the plot with her family, she was going against what her dad wanted. More like she didn’t talk to him and just did her own thing. It shows how even our favorite MMCs are humans. Also her brother punching Wilson for the video was a highlight. I love the over protective ones!

I'm so glad to be back in this series!! I was excited to see how Frances and Wilson's story would go. And as I expected, there is so much more to Wilson than the bad boy persona he was given.

I really felt for him. He has a crappy family (mom) and he just doesn't know how to be in a relationship. I would've loved more interactions with him and her family. A large portion of the book, these two fight their attraction. But they are fire together.

I always love seeing Matthew and Max in books. They are funny as hell. The banter is always great in Natasha Madison's books.

I'm excited for the next one!
