Broken #3

Unbreakable

Rate this book
Despite knowing loss and heartache from such an early age, Paulie Sinclair loves life. Her personality is as big as her heart, and she never lets life’s challenges get her down. If anything, they make her more resilient and stronger.
There was once a time when she preferred the company of the dead, finding solace in the quietness of the cemetery she often visits to collect her thoughts. But ironically, it is from spending time with the dead that she really starts to learn about the true value of life, living, and love.

It all began when she started high school. She’d seen him in the corridors, but she’d also seen him the same time each week at the cemetery. He was one of the MC kids, but he wasn’t like the others. He was quiet and mysterious, but not in a sinister way. She was drawn to him, yet they’d never even spoken a word to each other. She wasn’t stick thin and didn’t wear loads of makeup like the girls he and the other MC boys spoke to. She wasn’t a cheerleader or in the popular group of rich kids. She was just Paulie. She doubted he even knew her name. She doubted he ever even noticed her.

Theodore Jensen often sat quietly observing as his MC friends caused chaos and mischief along the school corridors. Known as “Bear,” he wasn’t like the others. He wasn’t interested in how many girls’ panties he could get into or MC business, despite the implication he would be in a ranked position one day alongside his best friend Kyle, the prez’s son.

He knew all about Paulie Sinclair before she’d even set foot in high school, and he was keen to lay eyes on her in the flesh. What he hadn’t expected was the instant attraction he had to this bubbly, curvy female with a bow in her strawberry-blond hair. She was off-limits, but there was no going against the invisible rope drawing them together…

This is a story about the connection between soul mates and how even deceit, heartache, and distance aren’t enough to keep them apart.

Because the bond between real soul mates is UNBREAKABLE.

Hello!

Well, what can I say? I'm a working, single mum of 3 children who loves to write (when I get the chance!). I'm originally from Essex in the UK but now live up north near the very beautiful Peak District.

I took the plunge and self published my first book some years ago and followed it up with my second a couple years later. Yes, I admit I'm a slow writer! But I'd rather publish something I'm happy with than rush it through. Book 3 is currently being edited and I'm very excited to be able to share it with you very soon.

I never thought I'd be writing an author profile, never mind updating one but here I am! I'm taking the plunge again and anxiously await your reviews when Book 3 is released.

Thank you so much for your continued support.

Dare to dream and anything is possible x

***Received an ARC from the Author for my honest review.***

Bear and Paulie were in love from a very young age until Paulie found a letter revealing heartbreaking information about her father's death. She and Bear were separated for a few years after that and got back together again and it was as if they weren't separated at all, thats how strong their love was for each other.

I got the feeling that Paulie was a very lonely person although she had her friends. She kept mostly to herself and did not have any romantic relationships (that I read about) after she and Bear split up. I actually felt sorry for her.

Bear was also this quiet type of guy. I actually felt that Paulie was a bit harsh on him re the reason why they split up, again. Bear found out that he had a sibling and oh my gosh it was absolutely beautiful when he met his sibling for the first time. I had tears running down my cheeks.

There was a moment that I wanted to shake Paulie to wake her up because she had this wonderful man in front of her when she made a decision that could break the love they had for each other, forever.

The end of the book was absolutely perfect.

Emma Lou you did it once again, well done on yet another beautifully written MC romance. This series is one of my favorites.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to read and review Paulie and Bear's book.

I've read all 3 books now and can honestly say they are the best series of books I have read so far. Characters are relatable and the content of the books themselves is gripping. After the first chapter all I can think is more more more.. absolutely love them and I cant wait for the next!!

I love all the characters in this series but have been waiting for Paulie's book. The author didn't disappoint. Happy, sad, fear, anxiety, sadness, this book touches on so many emotions and I couldn't put it down. Perfect lockdown reading.
