They says it's lonely at the top. I never really noticed. Mostly, because I’ve spent the past ten years building my empire. As President and CEO of my own company, I’ve dedicated my life to being the best.
People talk. Let them.
Just because I’m wealthy and successful and single doesn’t mean I plan to stay that way. To be honest, people talk anyway. Why? Because I’m gay. I’ve never hidden it. I just don’t discuss my personal life. For me, dating is a fucking nightmare. I never know whether they want me for me, or just my money.
But lately, loneliness has started to creep in. Everyone else around me, no matter where I go, seems to have that special someone. But not me. I never really wanted or needed someone. Until now.
They say that you find love when you least expect it. Maybe there's some truth to that.

A cute story but missing something 3.5 stars Ok first of all i did enjoy the story but it just felt so rushed at times and then it felt like a big part of the story was missing which is such a shame because this could of been a great little read. James has made it but the one thing he has not got is someone to share it all with. Then he meets Ben Walking a group of dogs and the attraction is instant. The very next day James finds his contact details and gives him a ring to set up a date for drinks and they hit it off straight away. they start dating but they they have a massive disagreement which ruins everything. can they make it back together??? A good read just wanted a bit more please.

This was a really good M/M romance that I really enjoyed. It was fast paced, but packed a lot in a little book. Strong story line with awesome characters. Entertaining dialogue and easy to visualize descriptions.
Written as a 1st person multi pov with a HEA ending.
Would I recommend this book? Yes
Would I read more from this author? Yes

Very rushed story. Author casually skipped a year in the middle. (I assume to make the fight mean more emotionally, but it wasn’t necessary- that fight would make sense anytime). Then they make up in a paragraph (not a spoiler- this is a romance book!) and the book is over. Strange. I feel like this is a beginning writer. Hopefully, she will keep working and improve for next time.
This was a nice sweet romance of two men from different sides of the track falling in love. It was very well written and I am looking forward to reading more from this author.
