Sansa is hiding in the queen’s ballroom because the battle has begun. She has a place of honor at Cersei’s right hand. The wildfire takes everyone by surprise and burns all of the ships. Both on Stannis’s side as the king’s landing/Lannister side. Some ships crash against Tyrion’s chain. Stannis’s men have a ram and try to bring down the king’s gate.
