They say that every cloud has a silver lining, but can it also grant your greatest desires?
Injured in a construction accident, Jake Edwards wakes up after surgery to repair his badly broken legs to find a beautiful nurse, Anne, taking care of him. As the boss of his company, Jake is used to making all the decisions. Suddenly, his injuries force him to rely on Anne to help him with normal, everyday activities.
Jake finds to his shock that her nursing style closely matches his fantasies of being cared for completely. Anne is elated to find a man who exactly fits her desires for an ideal Little boy. Could she have found her soulmate? Will he be brave enough to risk living his fantasy life as a Little boy?
This novel is a complete story in the series of books featuring Dr. Richards' patients and their parents. The books in this series will feature invasive medical treatments including thorough examinations and enemas when required as well as diaper changes, bottle feedings, spankings and other punishments. If you are offended by any of these or by age-play, this is not the book or series for you.

A sweet ageplay story. I enjoyed reading this book. Jake discovered his little side after a devastating accident. Anne is such a good mommy and nurse. This is a lovely story.
CONTAINS SPOILERS… Full time diaper use/ humiliation kink.
I really disliked that Jake was basically thrown in the deep end- the Mommy/ Little rules aren’t discussed in advance- for example, such and such behavior will result in this punishment; going forward you can’t use the toilet without my permission, you *have* to drink milk even though you hate it, just about everything results in an enema, stuff like that. I also cringed at all the humiliation because that too wasn’t discussed in advance. This grown ass man is suddenly expected to know all the expected behaviors? It wasn’t believable to me, even as fiction. Also that he’s expected to be Little all the time without any input- other ABDL books I’ve read have the little MC acting as an adult in some settings, or at the very least discussing everything in advance and agreeing on a decision taken together, and why is he expected to regress to “baby” stage? Why not over potty trained age? He wasn’t given a choice. I didn’t like that Anne is overnight taking over everything, his finances, buying Little furniture and more, and even concerning his job/ business, dealing with his foreman etc.
Property developer Jake Edwards is injured in a construction accident and has complex surgery to repair his badly broken legs. He wakes up in ICU to find a beautiful nurse called Anne looking after him. Whilst he is used to making all of the decisions for work he now has to rely on Anne. He finds that her nursing style closely matches his fantasies of being cared for completely. Anne is elated to find a man who exactly matches her desires for a little boy to care for. Will he be brave enough to risk living his fantasy life as a little boy?
I struggled with this one. Anne definitely stepped across a line that was very unethical. I was happy when they were able to make informed decisions and decided to stay the way they were. This contained a lot of descriptions of medical procedures and I don't think I'll read any more in this series. Contains mature content and medical content along the lines of a BDSM MDLB relationship.
I almost dnf this one. This story is so unbelievable that I had to remind myself many times this isnt supposed to be realistic. It is supposed to be a fantasy, but it just isnt mine. It seems as though consent is questionable at best. The nursing and doctoring at this hospital would be malpractice, unethical, and lawsuits just waiting to happen, but its ok here. In this world it seems like everyone is into ageplay. A Cg/l town sure sounds fun, but it also makes the story hard to believe. I will continue to read this author's later works, but I think I need a break from Dr. Richards for a bit.
I really struggled to read and finish this, be3it read like a sorry B grade porn movie script. In the real world, Anne would be in jail for all her inappropriate touching of Jake as a patient from the beginning. There was no permission given to her. It was all too much too soon. I think all the anal references were overkill and needed decreased because they desensitized and took away from the story. It seemed like the entire theme was enemas and not Littles and that relationship. Anne was overbearing and a sadistic.
Unfortunately the author uses repetitive phrasing and it jarred me out of the story, and this was just in the 1st two chapters. What I liked was that this genre pushed my boundaries, and I would have liked to this stretch further into real life where the H had to balance reality with time in age-play. The H is a good character, but too whiny though he had reason and if this was further developed he wouldn't whine, he would want it. It is written to a formula and I'd love to see this developed into stronger story line.
Well there's a reason for the expression 'curiosity killed the cat'... I kinda wish I could un-read that. I will never never judge anyone for their kink, but it's also okay for me to say if something doesn't work for me, so yeah.
The MM stories were a little bit sweet, with some medical kink and age-play. This one was, well this one tested even my limits. It's the masochist in me that made me finish reading it.
These stories just keep getting better and better. Finally we brought in a mommy and you can help but the love the picture of a big man being taken care of by a little woman as his mommy. I actually love the idea.
You can feel the love that Anne has for Jake from the beginning. The ending of the story just made me smile and was my favorite part of the whole book.
Not fully sure if I will finish the series or not.
So far this has been the book from Pepper, that has the worst editing mistakes. Between the exchanging of Daddies names, wrong name given to Littles. It did make a few scenes a little difficult to follow. Add in the rushed timeline for Jake's recovery at home.
I have noticed a lack of constant editing or even basic proofreading. Some issues a reader might be able to overlook, while others will make many readers DNF.
This was a sweet story. And while you need to suspend believe that so much of this could take place in a hospital it was still a lot of fun to picture it happening just like that. I love how this big guy just melts at the idea of a mommy to care of him. I also like the fact that he is an older man and not some young guy. This was a great read.
This story was a bit different than the ones before because it features a Mommy and her Little Boy. It does follow the pattern set in the previous stories, but it is still nice to see another couple reach their HEA, and to meet other Littles and I’m looking forward to their stories.
I couldn't finish this book, jake was force into being a little and the mommy would tie him down in the hospital to force enemas along with suppositories. I know book aren't real but I need a little realtics to have me keep reading, I got tired of the some story over and over again on book 4 I am done.
Wow another amazing story in this wonderful series. This is my very first Mommy book that I've read. It is done well. Anne and Jake are really pleasant, sweet, and endearing together. The writing and flow of this book is remarkable.I highly recommend this book.
A perfect story of love. Little Jake is badly injured on the job. Mommy Anne ends up tending to Jake’s wounds and his heart. A match made so sweet by Pepper North!! Must read and HEA!
First time reading about a man wanting a Mommy. These books are interesting, but for the most part, just don't understand the enemas. I understand the "good" they do but not the reasoning behind the use.
While I appreciate and love littles, I am not a fan of the forced little play. I prefer it to be a mutual thing pre-discussed and agreed upon. Also not a fan of all the forced enemas.
This story is part of a large series about Littles and their parents. Each is a stand alone story with a community of characters appearing in them. These stories are unique and will not appeal to all readers. But I hope you can enjoy.
I love reading about Dr Richards little series and I think this is the first Mommy story I’ve read.. I liked that it had a different take than the normal daddy books and not quite what I was expecting but still a sweet read with a HEA..
Just didn't really like the ending. It was an HEA but I just thought it was over the top - why can't littles ever be praised for decisions they make when they are big .... just doesn't seem plausible to me.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I really liked Jake as a sweet Little boy!! Anne not so much! I’m glad to have read their story though because things that have happened in some of the other books make sense now.
What a great story. It was hard to believe that Jake owned a construction company and was a large man and was a Little. Anne took excellent care of Jake after his accident and had broken both legs. You need to read this book to see how it all came together. Enjoy
