The books offers some inside into the personal life of Eddie O'Connor with hobbies such fishing or skiing , the lessons he learnt along by working in the Irish public sector. He gives some examples of his management style. It offers some ideas about the problems of some big corporations have when doing business and the advantage of running a small business with people with their ears stuck to the wall.
