"Understanding the human experience is about finding its essence. The true identity of a human being is concealed as the very basis of the states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep of human experience. To find the core of the experience is to recognize the self of a human being, who is always free from suffering, never born, always enlightened, and always peaceful."
The book analyzes and decodes the human experience in-depth in the light of Vedanta. We need to untangle ourselves from the maze of experiences to remain unaffected by it. To penetrate the human experience is an effort for our ultimate well-being and gives us the ever satisfying result of being self-fulfilled. The freedom from desire, grief, sorrow, and establishment in fearlessness is the ultimate well-being and liberation for a thinking person.
The book tells us about the importance of the mind, its control, meditation methods, and how the mind affects our experience. It inquires into the relationship between consciousness, mind, and its objects. It focuses on Yoga, the functioning of the mind, and the means to master the mind. The discovery of the self of the experience is the most profound and liberation in itself while living.

One major activity he is part of during the most part of his life, is the activity of Swadhyay inspired by Pujya Padurang Shastri Athavale. He was also engrossed in teachings of Ramkrishna and Vivekananda and tradition of Arsha Vidya of Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Currently, Tushar conducts classes on vedant and continues his study of vedant.
This is a really good book for serious seekers of Truth and liberation. For a long time, I was looking for a book to understand the philosophy of Mandukya Upanishad and Mandukya Karika, which needs a lot of contemplation on the subject (ie. mananam and chintanam). This book was perfect for me as It beautifully guides one to understand how mind and intellect in a human body works and shapes our daily experiences that results in happiness and/or sufferings. Normally, we don't think about it in our day to day life and blame our fate, other people or surroundings for our failures and sufferings. people get angry and frustrated causing relationships to sour with individuals and society.
The author has analyzed the Piercing Human experience of the mind with references from Bhagvad Gita, Mandukya Upnishad and Mandukya Karika to show that cause of human sufferings is due to our habit of "seeking happiness" from outside and our inability to differentiate between real and unreal objects. However, the real happiness in within us. Further Waking state, Dream state and Deep sleep state experiences are analyzed and it is shown that because we don't know the "self of experience" in all 3 states, we are all the time in a state of self delusion and we suffer. this is due to root ignorance ingrained in human mind and our strong belief in duality.
Once we understand the real cause of our suffering is due to self ignorance of our non-dual self, the author has suggested remedy to remove "ignorance of duality" of non-dual self. This liberates soul.
