It feels like this book truly expanded my thinking and awareness. I feel like Neo from the end of the movie matrix where bullets (some problems) are something I can decide not tact to or defend. This book taught me how to feel without reacting and observe without rehearsing. This book also made me truly understand the book “Already Free” by Bruce Tift. This book made me realize that there is one more level (physiology) beyond the ideas of “Already Free”.
