Can a super-villain be rehabilitated?
Jaquan Ramirez, also known as The Clown of Chaos, believes he has been and can't wait to reunite with his daughter.
His past catches up with him on the day of his release from prison, when a crime lord wants to be repaid the money he stole from him. If Jaquan doesn't return the goods, Hoss the Boss will take his daughter's life. But, if Jaquan uses his super-powers or is involved in any illegal activity, he will get sent back to jail with no chance of release ensuring that he will never see his daughter again.

Will Casel Brown is originally from Syracuse, New York but is currently living in northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, DC with his wife and their two children. He recently retired from the United States Air Force after 21 years of service. He held a few different jobs during his service, most involved IT in its various forms.
He enjoys telling stories from the heart--no matter what the genre. In fact, he plans on publishing stories from multiple genres.
His first book, LaTonya and Terrell, was published in February of 2014. His next book "Hero Ground Zero" is scheduled for September 2018.
He enjoys reading, writing, learning about technology, hanging out with his family, and experiencing the outdoors.
