All recipes tried so far were delicious, but some recipes can take a long time to cook. Pictures where nice and colourfuk abnd overall a lovely cook book.
Unsure why so few reviews - I think this is a great cookbook when it comes to flavors and one pot style. It’s not labeled as an “easy” book, which means the flavors are deep and recipes often have many ingredients. If you want to have meals that are a delight for the tongue, however, this is what you must insist upon.
The ingredients are not hard to come across in grocery stores, unlike many cookbooks where flavors are complex.
I don't usually review recipe books and I am being premature as I haven't made any of the meals yet - I only got the book today. But, having read through it, I think the recipes are doable, interesting and a lot of thought has gone into getting lots of flavours into the them. For me, this is an excellent recipe book.
