Excellent Book

First time reading a big tweet k by this author. The book was fantastic full of tips and things keep quite by most professionals.

Amazing no fluff book on high blood pressure

Love this book. He is no preacher. He gets to the point. And his pleasant humor shines through. I get the idea he gets results. Obviously, with the nice case study. The advice is practical. Some very unique. Like static exercises. Simple dietery changes. Read the book you'll not be disappointed.
