Lea hooked me on this story from the word go! #winning I don’t even know which relationship I loved more, Nolan with the girls or with Julianna! One melted my heart and the other made it soar! I mean #WINNING people! Seriously.

There is so much good ness packed into this story that I don’t want to unpack any of it. I want you to discover all the nuggets all on your own like I did. Lea Coll has become one of my favorite authors these last couple of years and every story she writes endears my heart to her a little bit more. She pours all she has into her writing; you can tell that just by the accurateness and portrayal of all circumstances in a storyline. This one was no exception. There’s not a lot of places a storyline can go with this trope, so I don’t want to give you any more information because Lea added some unique characteristics you don’t read every day into her story and she did it fantastically! Go forth and #oneclick with confidence #trust

I love my visits to Annapolis Harbor and Crazy for You is a perfect addition to this wonderful series.
This is single mum Juliana Breslin and Nolan Morrison’s story and this is my favourite couple so far, their journey captivated me from the first chapter to the last page and once I started there was no putting down until I had read the final word.
Julianna is working hard to get her bed and breakfast up and running but she needs a reliable contractor and that’s where Nolan come in. The last thing she needs is the attraction she has for this man because firstly she needs the renovations done and secondly she won’t introduce just any man to her twin daughters Charlie and Laila, she needs stability for that to happen.
The last thing Nolan wants is to take on a job where he is attracted to the woman he is working for so puts on his tough guy image but as soon as he meets those adorable little girls, all bets are off as far as feelings go......
I fell big time for Nolan as I watched him interact with Charlie and Laila, my heart melted as I watched him become the role model the girls needed and I swooned and sighed as I watched Julianna and Nolan becoming a couple. Crazy for You has all the feels you want in a great read, it’s funny and witty, it’s hot and full of love but what took this book to another level was the interaction Nolan had with two adorable little girls, oh and let’s jot forget the classic one liners only a child can deliver.
This a heartwarming romance that I highly recommend and I can’t wait for what’s next for the residents of Annapolis Harbor.

5 star Review Crazy For You by Lea Coll
This was a great read from Lea Coll. I thoroughly enjoyed this single parent story which is one of my favourite story lines. This is single mum Juliana Breslin and Nolan Morrison’s story and it was one I was hooked on from the first to the last chapter.
Juliana is determined to focus on getting her bed and breakfast up and running and making a success of it. The last thing she needs is to be attracted to Nolan the contractor who has taken over the renovations after she was left in the lurch. Not to mention she doesn't want to bring a man into her daughter Charlie and Laila’s life if it is only temporary.
Nolan is such a tough guy on the outside but underneath the surface is a man with a heart of gold. I loved the relationship he built with them, particularly as he drew Charlie out of her shell, it just about melted my heart.
Nolan is the male role model that the girls need, way better than their jerk of a father and I loved how he stood up to him and backed Juliana. The chemistry between them sizzles and I loved the relationship that they built together. Juliana and Nolan may want different things out of life but once the barriers broke down it was heart warming to watch their love develop.
This book made me smile throughout, one click this little gem, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I cannot even begin to express how much I loved this book and how hard I fell in love with Nolan, who has definitely been added to my ever expanding list of book boyfriends!

Nolan has such a strong visceral reaction to Juliana from the get-go, which he tries hard to fight against, but fails miserably. I absolutely love it when a character has never really known love, or ever fallen for someone before and then they fall HARD. All that protectiveness and delicious alpha maleness comes out like never before and I am here for it 🙋🏻‍♀️

Nolan is the definition of the word stubborn with a capital S. I wanted to shake him so many times for denying himself the happy ever after he thinks he doesn’t deserve. Juliana is the polar opposite of Mr Grumpy, and is such a caring and wonderful mother to her twin girls, Charlie and Laila, who are absolutely adorable and steal the limelight with every single scene they’re in.

I devoured this book in a couple of days and everything about the storyline was so heartwarming; from the slow burn and tension leading to Nolan and Juliana’s first kiss, Nolan’s downfall as he falls head over heels for Juliana, and the beautiful relationship that develops between Nolan and the twins. I’ll definitely be checking out the other books in the Annapolis Harbor Series and I can’t wait to read more of Lea Coll’s books.

Awww, I loved and enjoyed every page of this book! Juliana is a woman who does everything for her daughters and works every day to give them a better future. She is aware of all that comes with being a divorced mother who has to deal with joint custody with her ex who doesn't really show much interest in their girls. However, she tries harder so that Laila and Charlie do not feel the absence of their father. Nolan is Cade's brother (main character of the first book in the series) and who after a bad experience decided not to get romantically involved with any woman... until Juliana came into his life. It is a romantic story, their love is a slow burn relationship despite the great chemistry they share. But what really unites them are the girls. I have a great weakness for stories in which kids are a fundamental part of the development of them. And this is what happens. Nolan manages to make a special connection with the twins, particularly Charlie. He cares about her and looks for a way to be helpful in solving Charlie's situation. Ahhh, and I loved the way Lea Coll developed it.

Each of the scenes between Nolan and Charlie melted my heart. And Laila! I loved her protective side towards her sister. If you are looking for a read that warms your heart, you should definitely read this one.

I know this is supposed to be a love story between Nolan and Juliana, but I think I fell in love with Juliana's twin daughters more. My heart broke for Charlie, but thought it was so sweet that Laila made sure to take care of her. The sparks were undeniable between Juliana and Nolan, but it was sweet how the twins wormed their way into Nolan's heart. He was so sweet with them that it was almost easy to forgive his - at times- hard side. I thought that Juliana was a great mother and I loved that Nolan helped to get her to relax away from the girls, but also helped her try to help Charlie. I loved that he took care of all the girls.

What a sweet story. #sigh I loved it.

Juliana I thought was super mom. She was a real estate agent, she also bought a B&B to renovate and she had two amazingly cute girls. And her husband cheated on her. Now she’s alone, and one of her little girls decided to not talk anymore (except for her mother and close family friends)

So when she started her B&B she met Nolan Morison. And even though she got the feeling that he wasn’t into her she knew he was attracted to her. And he was so amazing with her daughters, when their own father had no patience with them, and yet he was adamant he doesn’t want the wife, the kids, the white picket fence. So what is a women to do?

Nolan was in construction business with his brother, Cade. And even though it seems like the business is growing, Nolan was happy to the type of job he was doing now. Renovating a B&B. And then he meets Juliana and her little girls and even though he doesn’t want to get involved with anyone he cant seem to help being attracted to Juliana and he cant seem to help being infatuated with her little girls. And he wants to do everything he can to help little Charlie find her voice. But his not that type of the guy, he was the one night stand type of guy, especially after a previous bad relationship. So he should walk away right?? But can he?

I fell in love with this story from the start. And those adorable little girls they were awesome. I loved how Laila always helped her sister Charlie taking the attention off her. Nolan was so full of it. He fell in love with Juliana the moment he saw her little girls and saw how hard she worked taking care of them. This was definitely a story that you would fall in love with from the beginning to the end. You will be rooting for Nolan, Juliana and her girls. I love this authors stories and I am excited to fall in love with the next one 😊 ♥

I was given this ARC of Crazy for You and what a treat this was. I didn't want put it down from the minute I started it and had it read in just a couple of days. If given the time I would have finished it in one sitting 😂

Juliana who is recently divorced and now a single mother of two cutie pie twin girls, has decided to start up B&B, a dream she has had for a long time. She luckily gets her hands on a beautiful building that needs some work done before it opens.....enters Nolan, the broody, grumpy and extremely hot construction worker 😉.

Nolan Morrison owns a construction company with his brother Cade and has been asked as a favour to go work on Juliana's B&B. Sworn away from relationships and love, he certainly doesn't expect to be brought to his knees by the beauty of Juliana and drawn in by her little girls. From their first meeting, he knows he could easily fall for them but being the stubborn man that he is, he refuses to let himself feel more than he should. If only love and life was that simple 😂.

I really enjoyed how light and easy this book was to read. I thought every character in this beautiful story were amazing, not just the MC's. The twins stole my heart, they were adorable bundles of joy and I loved watching their relationship with Nolan grow, they had him wrapped around their little fingers 🥰. Juliana's confidence was so refreshing to see as well, she knew what she wanted and went for it. Her love for Laila and Charlie burst through the pages and everything she did was to make sure her girls had a better life. She more than made up for what they may have not gotten from others and she is definitely a favourite heroine of mine ❤.

This was my first read by Lea Coll and I can tell you that it will most definitely not be my last. I loved every minute of this read and you sucked me into Juliana and Nolan's story, I couldn't get enough.

I'm so in love with Crazy For You. This book owned my heart the entire read. This is a fantastic single parent romance that you do not want to miss. Crazy For You is my favorite book so far in the Annapolis Harbor series. Just wait until you meet Nolan and Julianna. Nolan will just make you swoon with the way he is with Julianna's girls. Your heart goes out to Nolan and everything he went through in his past that shaped him the way he is. He is a hard worker with a heart of gold. Julianna she is sweet and doing everything she can for her twin daughters, Charlie and Laila. Those sisters will own you in the sweetest way. I can relate to Julianna in so many ways especially when it comes to Charlie. I just love how Lea Coll brings attention to select mutism and the challenges parents face along with the guilt of it (my son who is a twin spent a few years not speaking in school and around certain people. Now with the help of remote learning he is a completely different kid and actually talking during his classes). Your heart will melt when it comes to how Nolan interacts with Charlie and Laila. There is such a pull between Julianna and Nolan that you will just love. This book stole my heart from the very start and I could not get enough. You need to read this one.

Crazy for You is a story that will melt your heart just as it did mine. Second chance romance at its finest.
Its a really wonderful story where Juliana and her two daughters buy and renovate a B & B. Nolan is the contractor and when these two meet, you can sense the sizzling chemistry from the start.
However, Nolan isn’t looking for any sort of relationship due to his past but he may not have a choice in the matter especially when the little girls have him wrapped around their fingers.
I wholeheartedly loved everything about this genuinely beautiful story. It was heartfelt, it was family, connections, struggles and love. It was truly amazing and I highly recommend you grab it. It was an unputdownable read and a story I will never forget with characters I couldn’t help falling for.

Aw just finished an arc reading of this book! It was the first book I’ve ever read by Lea and it was so cute!

It was a really nice, sweet easy read with lovely characters and a really good storyline!

Single parent isn’t normally one of my favourite tropes but this one was done really well! The bond between Nolan and the twins girls was soooo sweet, it melted my heart 🥺

I loved how strong Juliana was, she was such a good mum despite her circumstances and I loved how she got the ending she deserved!

Really recommend for a lovely light hearted read 💕

Renovating their hearts

Crazy for You is the fourth book in the Annapolis Harbor series and is a sweet and romantic story about Juliana Breslin and Nolan Morison. She is a single mother of two cute little girls, Charlie and Laila, who is trying to get her dream of running a Bed and Breakfast. But things have not quite gone to plan. Nolan is a grumpy and gruff man who is a contractor that Juliana turns to to help her with the renovations required at her house. They have an attraction that cannot be fought but yet they both try. Nolan ends up being a big marshmallow inside as he eventually starts to open up and develops a friendship with Charlie that is unexpected and shows just what a kind heart his actually has.
This was a charming and sweet story. I enjoyed the characters as their journey to their own HEA.

This was a good read. Juliana is starting up her own B&B. Nolan is the guy hired to renovate the inside. They hit it off right away but he doesn't do relationships. However, by the end he comes to his senses and they get their happy ending.

This book was so perfectly written. I have read every previous book in the Annapolis Harbor series and after the first three I thought it just couldn't get better so I was hesitant going into Crazy For You, but I was hooked from the start. The characters were well written and felt very real, so did their struggles and emotions. I'm in love with this book, author and series. Can't wait for the next one!

My heart is so full thinking about this story. Juliana and Nolan are interesting characters that have an emotional tale to tell. I love single parent storylines and this one has an interesting twist. Yep, you have to read this story to figure it out. Wink. Hee hee.

Nolan is awesome. He is perfectly flawed, trying to figure himself out. His backstory gives understanding to his hesitations. OMG his interactions with Juliana’s twin girls is so precious and insightful. I am totally swooning.

Juliana is the BEST mom always putting her girls first but she also is having to find herself again after dealing with a toxic ex. Ugh he truly is a douchebag though this story doesn’t give him a lot of power especially by the end. Yeah.

So back to Juliana and Nolan. Double sigh. They are so yummy together. Holy cow when they heat up the page... well let’s just say I had to turn up the air conditioner.

CRAZY FOR YOU is a steamy and sweet Single Parent romance. Who doesn't love a good construction worker with muscles, calloused hands, and that sawdust smell? Bang me like a hammer, baby! 🔨

Juliana is a newly divorced mom of twins and she is smart, driven, and a highly engaged mom. I loved her so much! Although I wanted her to find her backbone a few times in this book. And Nolan is a grumpy jerk turned seriously sweet hero. And the man can dish out hot Wall Sex like nobody's business.

The kids in this book (twin girls) are not overly well-behaved, which I like. One twin struggles with a speech issues and I think the author did a great job of showing the complexity of their situation surrounding that issue.

CRAZY FOR YOU is a fun and steamy read that tackles a few deeper issues while still being a fairly light read. Another great book in the Annapolis Harbor series by Lea Coll!

Single parent isn’t really my trope, but I enjoyed this one by Lea Coll. Juliana and Nolan make a great couple, even though they don’t make the best first impression to each other.

Charlie and Laila were the cutest girls with the brightest personalities. I so enjoyed when Charlie finally opened up to Nolan. He was so intentional in building his relationship with them all. And when he screwed up, he realized words weren’t going to cut it. Smart guy.

I love how Nolan is the big tough guy who is super sweet to Juliana’s girls, in sharp contrast to their own father who is a jerk. He was also a jerk to Juliana and I really appreciated how Nolan stood up for her. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop with the ex, but it never did and the resolution to that story line wrapped up too easily, I felt.

Juliana and Nolan’s chemistry was WOW! I loved that Nolan was a very giving partner and showed Juliana what a truly loving relationship is all about.

This was a fun, quick read with a joyful and loving happily ever after.

He's gorgeous but very closed off. But as time goes by he and the girls bond, and Juliana's reluctance to have anything to do with love and relationships again has left the building. But is Nolan on the same page as she? Or is he going to break her heart even worse than her ex did?



Wow, I was not expecting just how badly damaged Nolan was. I felt so badly for him, just wanted to give him a big hug. Then there was Juliana, I felt just as badly for her, but she was so strong, such a great mother and dealing with so much all at once. She and Nolan were so good together, had such a strong connection that I knew they would find their way. I've been loving the Annapolis Harbor series, and Juliana and Nolan made it that much better.

While definitely not my favorite from the author, this sweet yet sexy romance is pretty cute. I've been enjoying this serious and emotional series quite a bit, and this single mom/sexy contractor romance should've been right up my alley. It just wasn't. That's not to say that the quality isn't there, because it definitely is. Coll's writing seems to get better with every book, and she's got such a distinctive style. This commitment-phobic contractor just frustrated me with his constant indecision, and our heroine was certain that she could change his ways. It didn't strike the same chord with me that other books in this series have, but most readers will likely enjoy this.

The story follows Juliana, a recently divorced mom trying to make a new life for herself. Juliana purchased a rundown home that she plans to turn into a bed and breakfast, but it will take a lot of renovations to make that happen. After her first contractor abandons the project, Nolan is Juliana's only hope. The sexy contractor comes highly recommended, but he seems to have an issue with Juliana's kids. But it's not long before Juliana sees through Nolan's frosty exterior: he's actually got a big heart, and he might secretly want to share it with someone. As the two fight their attraction and Nolan tries to ignore his growing feelings, they're at an impasse about how to move forward.

This series has been very solid and I was looking forward to this quite a bit. Coll's serious, reserved writing style has been growing on me with every book, and she definitely knows how to write a sexy scene. The dynamic here just didn't work for me. There's a lot of "I shouldn't" and "I'm not good enough" from Nolan, as well as plenty of "I'll convince him that we're more" from Juliana. It started to grate on me after awhile, and it certainly took me out of the love story. So, while there were plenty of adorable family moments and a few steamy scenes that heated up the pages, my personal enjoyment of the story is in the 3-star range. It's the quality of the writing that brings this up to a 4-star rating, and that could go higher if you like a good time guy who secretly wants a family of his own. I'm looking forward to seeing where the series goes next.

Loved Juliana and Nolan's story. I was immediately hooked the first few pages. My heart melted while reading about Charlie and Laila! Their story was beautifully written and heartfelt!

I’ve been reading Lea Coll’s Annapolis Harbor series from the beginning. All of the books in the series can be read as stand-alone titles, but I’m a series fanatic, so it’s my default to recommend all of them in order. Totally not necessary here as there is just the right amount of backstory to fill the reader in without feeling like an information dump and distracting from the plot.

But for those of us that have been following from the beginning, each book is like coming home. The characters are like old friendships that you pick up without missing a beat, and you’re excited to hear what’s going on in their lives. And Crazy for You was the right amount of juicy hometown gossip to keep me turning the pages and not wanting to put this book down. Not even for sleep!

Juliana felt like that friend you just wanted to wrap in a hug and tell her it would all eventually be OK. She just had to get through one day at a time until then, but you’d be her village until she was steady on her feet. Her girls wrapped themselves around my heart and never let go. And Nolan was that guy. The one you know is a good person but acts like a fool from time to time. So much so, there were plenty of times I simply wanted to smack him on the back of the head and tell him to get over it already! Both of them were coming from places of so much hurt and devastation; it’s as if like recognized like. Despite occasionally giving in to his foolish thoughts and emotions, Nolan is a great guy, and he truly wanted to do the best for Juliana and her girls. Sometimes he got it exactly right, and sometimes he got it oh so wrong. Their HEA was hard fought for but well deserved.

If you love single-parent, friends-to-lovers romance, this is a fantastic story that you won’t be able to help but fall in love with.

Single mom Juliana and sexy contractor Nolan are going to WOW you. Crazy For You is Book 4 of Lea Coll’s Annapolis Harbor series and is an incredibly sexy and touching small town, single parent romance. I am a huge fan of this series and have been gobbling them up as they are released. Each one brings you back to Annapolis, where the friendships are strong and the love stories beautiful.

In this book, perpetually single and happier for it, Nolan, gets his comeuppance in the form of dedicated single mom, Juliana and her adorable twin girls Charlie and Laila. There is nothing I love more than watching the player get played and boy oh boy, does Nolan get played - by his own stubborn heart. It was a pleasure watching him fall, bit by bit, in love with the twins and their sexy mom. He put up the good fight, but alas, it was not good enough. Exuberant Laila with her sweet and loving nature and beautiful Charlie, who spoke volumes without words, proved to be his kryptonite.

For her part, Juliana was a heroine I could get behind. Nothing, and I mean nothing, could keep her down. A lioness fighting to make a happy home for her girls and working hard at fulfilling her own dreams - she is a force to be reckoned with. Juliana is strong, determined and motivated. She is also completely smitten with the man renovating her B&B and responsible for melting her heart (and unmentionables) with every interaction he has with her daughters.*sigh*

Juliana and Nolan’s off the charts chemistry combined with their need to be there for each other and their desire to be a family, garnered them their beautiful happily ever after. Crazy For You gets the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR this amazing book and enjoy.

I came into this series with this book, but I didn’t feel lost at all. Instead, I felt like I already knew everyone well enough to figure out what had happened before now, and that was a great feeling to have when I realized this is the fourth book of the series! Noah and Juliana had quite the push and pull for a while, completely because of Noah’s issues and certainty that he wasn’t built for long term. Instead, he’d been drifting along in everyone else’s wake, going through the motions and pretending to be alive. Who knew that all he needed was the woman he was so sure was absolutely Not The One? And her daughters, of course. Noah’s determination to protect Charlie and learn how to interact how she needed him to was so adorable. He just needed to realize for himself that he was already in it for forever. And when he finally did, it was fantastic.

As for Juliana, I loved her refusal to be walked all over by another man. She knew what she was worth in life and wasn’t about to pretend anything less. The fact that she didn’t back down to Noah or her ex made her a winner in my eyes. Add in her need to find out how to help her daughters thrive and she was one strong woman. She richly deserved the happiness she found and I only wish her ex paid a higher price for his stupidity, but this felt more realistic than my fantasies of his misery anyway.

So now I’m hooked on this series and can’t wait for the next story. I’m pretty sure Callie is going to be more than a worthy opponent for the crotchety athlete she’ll be up against!

In Crazy For You, we are introduced to Juliana and Nolan. Juliana has been divorced from her not so great ex Roger for sometime and she has finally gotten around to making one of her dreams possible. That dream is opening her own B&B.

The place she purchased to house her B&B needs some TLC and Nolan is chosen for the job. Nolan is attracted to Juliana from the moment he met her (and her twin daughters Charlie & Laila) but he’s been burned before when admitting his love for a client so he vows to not let his attraction go beyond that.

Nolan works on the project everyday as Juliana wants it finished in time to start taking reservations. As time passed, the two become close. He saw her dream and convinced her to not give up. She saw that he wants certain things but something was holding him back. The two have a chemistry that cannot be denied and Nolan starts falling for Juliana’s girls as well.

Nolan is hardworking, trustworthy and a stand up kind of man. I love that he had Juliana’s back when it came to her ex and the bond he formed with her girls was so sweet. Juliana is business savvy, beautiful and an amazing mom. She has her businesses but ALWAYS puts her girls first.

Can the two form a relationship considering they’ve both been burned and have their own priorities? You’ll have to read to find out!
