Jane has fantasized about the prom for years. The perfect dress, the lovely corsage, the slow dances without end. So now, when the big night is just three weeks away and the guy of her dreams doesn't know she's alive, it's time for a major plan. She's going to transform herself into the kind of girl she knows he'll go for. And she knows just who can help her do it. . .
Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain wrote their first piece together when they were fifteen - a feature on Kansas City delis for their high school newspaper.
They now live in Los Angeles, where Sarah and Liz are currently Writer-Producers on the Emmy-award winning show "The Shield" and James Patterson's upcoming "Women's Murder Detective Club" TV series debuting this fall on ABC.
I loved this book, I read it all the way through, I loved Jane, I found her hilarious and laughed many times during the book, Max was very likable too, and their relationship development was done well and sweet, it was a cute short read. My only complaint is the ending happened rather fast, I wouldn't have said no to a few more pages but oh well.
