This book has issues.
First, nothing actually happens; no plot, no conflict, no climax, meaning no resolution or growth. It's about a girl who attends remedial school with some hot guys, argues with a mean chick, and wants to bang the headmaster (well, and the hot guys obvi)
Which leads me to issue #2. Intercourse with a teacher/headmaster. It's one thing for the student to have wayward fantasies, it's another for those desires to be reciprocated and acted upon.
And, without revealing too much, how the hell did Paige qualify to end up at this place? Two characters reveal the crimes that landed them at the Academy included manslaughter. Paige made a chick think she had food poisoning. Not seeing how those two very different crimes can have the same consequences ...
Lastly, several scenes could have been written better (see my highlights), which lead to the characters and world being under developed. That may just be my personal preferences, but I don't like it when a book talks at me. I have a good imagination, let me use it.
