Valentine Cookie Surprise: A CEO Girls Club Short Story

Rate this book
Violet is dreading her first day at a new school because she's shy and doesn't like attention. Unfortunately for her, the small school doesn't get a lot of newcomers so all eyes are on her from the very beginning. When she learns about a bake sale at school that the CEO Girls Club is hosting to raise money for the local animal shelter, she finally pushes past her nerves and reaches out to the girls to find out how she can help. It's a rocky start, but Violet is the perfect addition to the group and her delicious cookies make her one of the most popular girls at school.

Cute story! Violet moves from the big city to a small town and feels awkwardly out of place. Will she be able to make new friends and fit in?

Violet reflects on her twelve years of life: "Being a preteen with everchanging feelings is hard, I think to myself" (kindle p. 19).

This book has a good storyline and pleasant characters. A sweet "Valentine" treat.🧁🍪💘

Sweet

I enjoy the sweet nervousness of this girl on moving to a new town. It shows how scary it might feel to be a new kid, but it also shows how you can workup the courage to talk to just one and end up with more friends. Sharing what you love to do with others is a great way to begin a friendship 💛!

Valentine Cookie Surprise

Not too bad, and I cannot wait to read more in the series.

The word Spaz is used once which is a downside (I didn't always know people used it negatively to talk about disabled individuals- though now it doesn't seem as frequently used as it was in the past), but otherwise pretty positive story.

I totally enjoyed this book!

I remember the feeling well. Kristina really describes the emotions that hit you when you are the new kid. I enjoyed it and recommend it.

I'm telling you when you read a book on Kindle and then you search the book up for your annual review you find the cover bright and neon and what's worse is that it looks NOTHING like what you thought.

ANYWAYS
Nice book (that's legit all I could think of saying it's short like the book itself anyways selamat malam I'm tired)
