Slingshot desires what others have a family. As much as the Kings are his family, he wants to love a wife/Ol’ Lady and children. He has always had a thing for Natalia since the first time he laid eyes on her. She may be forbidden and have a death wish, but he is not giving up.
Natalia lives in a gilded cage by an overbearing old-school Italian father. Her father takes it to the extreme. Natalia wants her freedom and is attracted to Slingshot. You guess it her father does not wish for his daughter to be with a biker.
Natalia may seem innocent, but she is far from naive. She has a wrong side to her only slingshot gets to see. And these two together are smoking hot.
My favorite little six-year hustler makes an appearance in the book; I love Maizey. As much as it’s been quiet in the club, things take a turn. Some important secrets are revealed. I was shocked; I didn’t see it coming at all. Some of my favorite bikers show up, and what a whimsical, bumpy ride. I love a slingshot wit. Ruthless Kings series is a must-read if you like MC. I love getting lost in their world.

I want to like Slingshot more than 2 stars. After all the man loves taco like no one business. The smut is hot. And that is pretty much it for this book.
I don't like Natalia though. She is OTT drama queen. I want to skip her POV more than once.
Sorry this is very short review. It is getting worse here. The pandemic is out of control. No hospital beds. People dying at their own house. No oxygen supply.

It's no secret that this duo is at the very top of my list for all time favorite authors & series, but i swear each addition keeps getting better and better. I had no idea that Slingshot -- our big hearted, taco loving teddy bear would be such a Dom, but I was all here for it!! Holy smokes!!
As usual, the prologue had me all in my feels, and I just wanted to give the young Slingshot a big ole hug and never let the world hurt him again. He literally has the most precious souls, and I will love him forever. He's come so far with the MC, and just who he is as a man, and I loved seeing all of his dreams come true. Not to mention his friendship with Tongue, which just happens to be my favorite thing ever. Bro-tacos for life!😭😭
And foe anyone who knows me/follows my reviews, then you know that age gaps are my ultimate tropes, and I just LOVED if even more here. Natalia is the daughter of the big bad (but underneath it all such a softie) Moretti, but since she first set eyes on Slingshot she knew he was it for her. And vice versa. :) there relationship is intense right away, and I just loved every second of it. Natalia is a little badass, and I loved how her age didn't hinder her maturity. And the way she fought for Slingshot and their love? Be still my heart.
There's such a twist towards the end that I didn't see coming, and I can't wait to see how that plays out in future books! I'm just so obsessed with this series!!

Maybe the weakest book of the series–that I’ve read–so far. It started good: a forbidden romance with the daughter of a temporary ally, more than a decade age gap, a virgin girlfriend, interesting backstories… It slowly builds, with Natalia’s father refusing her relationship with Slingshot, some doubts from him because she’s so young and innocent.
And then, out of nowhere, he’s a Dom and her little virgin self knows everything about submission. It seriously took me out of the story. And while the side plots kept me entertained–the return of past villains, and a new one with an unexpected connection to the Ruthless Kings–and the romance was cute, the sexy times really bothered me. They felt out of characters for me.
Anyway. There’s action and suspense, way more than in the previous book. And while the personal dramas still take precedence over everything else, the business dramas, i.e. the criminal activities, are back in full force. Be prepared for a lot of blood.

Finally, Slingshot and Natalia get their book! Mateo as the jealous father was everything I hoped it would be. This book is fun, and a little cheesy, though I felt a little cheated by the suspense plotline, which was rushed in favour of the main romance plotline. I would have liked that plotline to have been elaborated on more, like with other books in the series. Either that, or for it to have been less convoluted. All in all, it was a fun read, but far from the best in the series.

I want tacos!!!
Slingshot’s book is perfection!!! He surprised me and DEFINITELY in a good way!
Slingshot had to grow up at such a young age and he’s been through so much. I love his personality and how he is always trying to make jokes, get people to smile and of course, eat tacos. Even though he has such a happy personality, he wants so much more for his life. And… he wants it with Natalia.
Natalia is beautiful, sweet but make no mistake, she’s not a pushover. She’s definitely stronger than people give her credit for. She wants to be independent and happy, even if her idea of happiness is different than what her Papa wants for her. She has a feeling that her happiness lies with Slingshot.
Their connection is instantaneous and oh so hot!!! This book is full of taco happiness, laughs, steam and it’s oh so yummy! I could Taco bout it so much!

SLINGSHOT is the fifteenth instalment in KL Savage’s contemporary, adult RUTHLESS KINGS MC erotic, dark MC romance series. I love Slingshot! Okay, his backstory made me super cry. But I've loved the taco guy for awhile so him finding his love was awesome. And Natalia is a fierce, sassy little thing for sure! They had to fight for their love, her dad did NOT approve. So this was full of action and crazy entertaining.
But then there were some seriously unexpected twists. Two that were huge and I never would have seen coming! If you've been reading the whole series, you will also be shocked by some stuff. If not, I think this would be fine to be read on it's own. I loved the end, it's the best happy ever after for our Slingshot.

There were a LOT of Taco puns (which I expected, knowing Slingshot). Reaper was mostly tolerable. Natalia was a badass. Slingshot is a sweetie, but def would have liked to see him using that slingshot more. He literally only pulled it out once. Psychic biker rolled up in the nic of time once again 😂

I liked most of it even if it was too insta for my liking, the other thing is that, i liked the idea of that side of Noah BUT i think the delivery wasn't well done to it you know? it was to fast and out of nowhere for me. Over all? i liked and adored sweet Noah, and i like Natalia too. Man Matteo really went crazy i wished more of that tho, i think it was all to rushed and it had a lot of potential to be more. Anyway can't wait for the next one.

This book destroyed me in some parts, but it was so good. Slingshot had such a good life when he was young for a bit, then tragedy destroyed his world. I loved this book though. An emotional rollercoaster. Slingshot is such a special man. Even after all of his tragedy, he still has a positive outlook on life and tries to stay happy. I know how that is. The darkness has to stay at bay.
Slingshot can’t help who he falls in love with, but he is determined to keep her and will go to any length to keep Natalia in his life and make her his.
Natalia may be young, but she knows who she wants to spend her life with, and her father won’t make her change her mind. She’ll fight for her happiness and freedom. At least she has support in Nora, who has her back the entire time.

It seems that the characters that I had always thought not as strong in the previous books have such powerful lives and are just as strong as Tongue, Reaper, and Boomer. Slingshot may be the comic relief of the club, but his life is not all fun and roses. I love slingshot and tacos. I love the truck!! I think the truck may be one of my favorite parts in this book. I am so ready for more of the Ruthless Kings MC and their stories. The women are just as ruthless and strong as these men, and I can’t wait for more. I give this book a 5-star review and would give ten if I could.

Noah a.k.a Slingshot & Natalia story I have been waiting for. Ever since Mateo I was wishing for Sljngshot & Natalia story even thou all he did was open a car door for her
Natalia I LOVED her straight away she went into her Dad's(Mateo) phone to get his number. That's there story it's started with a text with a selfie. Their love story is steamy & their story is like Romeo & Juliet. Mateo wants her away from the MC men & Natalia just wants to be with the man she loves...no more spoilers
Slingshot I love his personality all he wants is a family of his own, believes nothing is ever ugly or damaged and, to enjoy life. He took a pile of rubbish food truck and started to bring it back to life:

He also gets a wonderful surpise that melts my heart...no spoiler on that one either

From the moment I picked up this fast-paced, dark romance I was glued to the pages and its storyline full of surprising twists and turns. Throughout previous books in this series I've fallen more and more for the charming and endearing Slingshot. From the outside he's a man who seems carefree, a jokester, with an obsession for tacos. Behind that facade though is a man still reeling from the death of his mother from cancer 15 years before. From that moment he swore to live life to the fullest and work to find just the right woman to settle down and make babies with. Watching other Ruthless Kings find their other halves has him wanting the same for himself and the moment he lays eyes on Mafia Princess Natalia is the moment he sees his future. It's insta-love with an erotically-charged twist as meeting her unleashes his protective, dominant side which leads to a bit of bdsm as Natalia is a natural sub when in Slingshot's arms. Natalia too fell for Slingshot the moment she saw him, but recent events have her father being even more protective than usual. He has no intention of letting anyone take her from him, keeping her locked away out of love, but his protectiveness is breaking her spirit. I loved Slingshot! Oh my goodness! I loved him as the Taco Guy but now knowing his back story. Gah! He is just the perfect hero!
I love that he finally puts on his big boy pants and decides that he is worthy. Natalia may seem like forbidden fruit but he decides she is worth any wrath from her father. Of courses love wins in the end. I also loved how Natalia rallied support and finally made her father see things her way. Again--love is love.
Perfect continuation of the story line. Loved the twisty turny bits that authors give us. It's great when things click into place that you weren't even aware was and issue before now. Lots of MC action in this one along with the steamy romance.
Just waiting to get Tongue settled again now and the whole MC may be a bit happier. Looking forward to more and well as the spin off series continuing. Great writing!

Pretty darn good. This is Slingshots and Natalia's story. Slingshot... what can I say about him??? He is nuts about tacos and I mean nuts!! Everything he speaks about is tacos...it's taco promise and taco that. Weird?
Natalia is totally different. She is the daughter of the local Mafia king. She is rich and can have most anything she wants except the man she wants and to move out. As long as she stays home her dad is happy. He went as far as putting bars on her windows and a lock to lock her in.
These two have their work cut out for them. Found another phrase I don't want to hear again..... Good Girl.... Slingshot says that a couple hundred times I think....🙄

Slingshot’s story was worth the wait!! I love his light hearted since of humor but when it comes to Natalia she brings out a darker more dominant side to him. Her father makes it difficult for them to be together but every time he forbids her to see him it just makes them want to be together all that much more. And Mateo has some nerve when he’s with his daughter’s best friend. Slingshot with his taco truck woos Natalia and captures her heart much to the dismay of Mateo. Slingshot’s past comes back to haunt them and Natalia‘s uncle escapes, will Slingshot be able to protect Natalia and everyone he loves? I can’t wait for the next book and this extraordinary series!!

Slingshot lost his mom to cancer at 15 and he learned very early to live life to the fullest. The Slingshot we know and love is a jokester; he seems to not have a care in the world except for finding a neverending supplies of tacos. At 35, he realizes he too wants a woman to love and lots of little Slingshots just like his brothers. When he sees Natalia Moretti he feels more for her than tacos. Natalia is the daughter of Mateo Moretti. He still sees Natalia as a girl even though she is now 22. No one is ever going to be good enough for his baby. Natalia and Noah (Slingshot) start off with some cute flirting but soon they are hot and heavy. Noah doesn't hold back and things between him and Natalia proceed quickly. Moretti flips when he finds out and threatens Slingshot with death. Nothing will stop Noah and Natalia from being together.
I always love seeing what made the King the way he is. Slingshot is so happy-go-lucky but with Natalia his dom side comes out. She is naturally submissive. Noah wants to take care of her every need and Natalia wants to stay at home for her future husband and kids. These two are made for each other in every way possible. Their chemistry is undeniable.
The books in this series (Slingshot is number 15) are mainly standalones but definitely better read in order. With each book we see more and more into all of the Ruthless Kings' lives and their ever growing families. Each book is a check-in with them. KL Savage writes this group with such love and loyalty between the brothers you can't help but feel it too. All of the brothers have little quirks that make them stand apart from their brother but also endear them to the reader. I am so addicted to these books that I devour them as soon as I get one and read them straight through. The characters have become so well established they seem real; I know and care about them. The plots pull the reader into the story. The Kings laugh or cry and you as the reader will laugh or cry along with them. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Slingshot deserves it.

Slingshot learned to live for the hear and now after the loss of his mother and his father turned abusive he found a new family with the Ruthless Kings, butbwoth his brothers all finding their women and starting families its something Slingshot wants for himself and its a future he sees with Natalia Moretti. Natalia fell for Slingshot hard but her father would never let them be together, not after nearly losing her, he keeps her close and guarded. Can a mafia princess and a Ruthless tacco loving King ever get the chance to be together? When their pasts aren't that far behind them can they withstand what's to come? Will Moretti let his daughter be happy and free wth then she loves or take it all away? Slingshot is one character that has many levels not seen before till this book, his past defined him and now he has found someone worth it all even he never gets the HEA. KL Savage truly created a unique world of characters and Slingshot and Natalia mix the mafia/MC worlds together once more. Well written with a great storyline, laugh out loud moments, surprises, love, loss, desires and more!

Okay, okay, I have to admit – this book completely wrecked me, and I mean that in the best way possible! 😅 Slingshot has me all kinds of emotional and definitely living for every page. If you’re a fan of the Ruthless Kings MC, age-gap romance, intense chemistry, and a whole lotta drama, then this one is definitely for you.
Let’s talk about Noah ‘Slingshot’ Connors for a second. 🏍️ This guy had my heart from the very first moment, and by the end of it, I was so in love with him that I couldn’t even handle it. I mean, who would’ve thought the taco-loving, big-hearted teddy bear would turn out to be such a dom? 🥵 Like, where did that come from?! But honestly, I was here for it. 😍 His backstory – tragic and emotional – just makes his journey so much more rewarding. This guy is one of those rare characters that makes you want to hug them one minute and cheer for them the next. He’s lived through some serious darkness, but the way he clings to his joy, and especially his dreams of family, is just chef’s kiss. The whole taco truck business? A dream come true! 🌮✨
Now, let’s talk about Natalia. At 22, she’s a total badass with a spine of steel. She’s been caged by her overbearing mafia father, but when she locks eyes with Slingshot, there’s no turning back. She knows exactly what she wants, and it’s him – even if it means defying her father’s wishes. That’s some serious determination right there! 👏 I absolutely loved how she refused to let her age hold her back. She’s wise beyond her years, and when she fought for her relationship with Slingshot? For such a dark series this was just the best. A man that just wants to be loved for himself, and a woman who wants the freedom to choose her own path!
Slingshot (Noah) had a pretty average childhood, well aside from the bullying kids and the foster carers he was put with!
Mason was an older kid that looked out for him, he was his brother, not my blood but by circumstances.
He died protecting him after a bullying incident went wrong! But Mason was still looking out for him, he sent him to the Ruthless Kings, they took him in and he grew up with Reaper.
But lately as his brothers from the club have found their old ladies, Slingshot wants that for himself, but the woman he wants he knows he can’t have!!!!
Natalia daughter to Matteo Moretti (he has his own book and spin off book) protected and cosseted her whole life. She wants for nothing.
But meeting Slingshot has given her a need that only he can give her. But her father isn’t having any of that! He wants his daughter to have the life she deserves and that’s not being an old lady to a biker!
They are both aware of one another (she was kidnapped in a previous story and the RK rescued her) it was practically love at first sight. But how can he give her the rich life that her father can give her?
Catching up with other couples is always a pleasure with these books, poor Poodle is having a bad time with the illness of his dog. The President and his wife are having a difficult time with her pregnancy, and we have a diabetic biker not caring for himself! All these stories are still evolving, so if your going to read the book, I do advise to read in order, the storylines make more sense.
We also get to meet her best friend and stepmother (again Matteo and Nora have their story) both have her back and try to run interference for the couple.
And possibly a new prospect in the form of Benji (friend of Natalia) he shows his true colours when a fight in a coffee shop gets out of hand and poor Natalia gets caught in the middle!
New romance ? Badge and a certain kings daughter 😉 can’t wait for those fireworks to go off!
A Dom/Sub relationship between the two main characters is both interesting and hot. Natalia knows what she wants and slingshot is more than happy to give that to her. It’s not a full Dom/sub book, there are spankings and a little rough play, but it’s more of a gentle introduction rather than scenes and full bondage.
I did have to chuckle at Mattel’s reaction to slingshot and Natalia’s relationship. It’s bad enough catching your daughter sleeping with a guy, but his answer is to shoot him!
Slingshot is the joker of the pack, he also isn’t first in line to torture and kill. But this book brings that side out of him. We also get to see the softer side of this biker.
And his love of tacos is upfront and center stage, and the van he buys and converts into a taco truck did make me smile.
Recommend? Yes I would.
There is plenty to keep you occupied in this book.
There is betrayal and secrets. There is kidnappings and murder. So just another day in the lives of the Ruthless Kings.

Taco🌮 bout a great book ❤
Finally the book many of us have been waiting for is here. So many of us have fallen in love with the sometimes goofy always funloving Slingshot. We never thought we would see the day that we saw Slingshot love something more than tacos...but not even his infatuation for the tasty Mexican snack can compare to his obsession with the Italian beauty Natalia. If the age gap between them wasn't enough to worry him...her overprotective father/mafia boss Mateo Moretti is. Like all the books...we get a look into the Kings past and although it is sad...I don't find it as sad or dark as some of the other Kings pasts. There are several hilarious parts in this book...cue Natalia shooting the bird to the receptionist at the hotel 😂. Love that Natalos sticks up for herself...even when dealing with someone as powerful as her father. So much unfolds in this story..including another wonderful reason that Maizey is the Avacado to Slinhshots Taco 🥑🌮💕. A couple things that I kinda had me think hmmmmm are as follow. Warning...minor spoilers ahead so please do not read ahead if you don't want to know.
At the beginning of the book Slingshots father is so loving and suportive... although the loss of his wife/the love of his life was of course hard on him...I can't see it being a reason for him making a 180 and hating his son and turning into such an evil man...especially since Slingshot had nothing to due with his mother's death.
With Natalia being a virgin I could see how she would easily fall into the submissive role but it was a little hard for me to picture Slingshot as a Dom...even though he says he wouldn't consider himself one..but he sure does some Dom type things like almost making Natalia pass out while choking her. The problem is not necessarily with the BDSM content but that I couldn't picture Slingshot doing it. I know they probably wanted to portray his sexual preferences as something opposite as his carefree spirit but I would have loved to see more love and tenderness...some love making instead of just all raw sex...just because that's how I picture Slingshot. Holy moly what a beginning! I was blown away with the emotion alone but it was so beautifully written. Slingshot is such a gorgeous man and this explains so much about why.
I honestly think with each book… ah this is my favorite character… then in the next book, the same but Slingshot is different. I think he will be just that little bit ahead… why? Well, you need to read this to find out or it will spoil it but I will say he is genuine and has a very caring nature.
Natalia might be younger but after what she went through you’d grow up pretty fast. She seems more mature for her age anyway but then again being a mafia princess can do that to a girl. I really like how she stands up to her father and does have a backbone. She certainly knows her own mind.
Together Natalia and Slingshot are totally in sync, they simply are in tune with each other. Their chemistry is not only sparking—it has ignited into a full-blown inferno. There are a lot of intimacy scenes, bondage and kink scenes aren’t really my thing but to each their own. These two lead characters suited this lifestyle though.
The suspense element is intriguing and something I didn’t expect. The twists and turns are incredible and are so intertwined it’s brilliant. It sneaks up on you and is very cleverly crafted. This is why I gave the extra half a star.

Holy moly what a beginning! I was blown away with the emotion alone but it was so beautifully written. Slingshot is such a gorgeous man and this explains so much about why.
I honestly think with each book… ah this is my favorite character… then in the next book, the same but Slingshot is different. I think he will be just that little bit ahead… why? Well, you need to read this to find out or it will spoil it but I will say he is genuine and has a very caring nature.
Natalia might be younger but after what she went through you’d grow up pretty fast. She seems more mature for her age anyway but then again being a mafia princess can do that to a girl. I really like how she stands up to her father and does have a backbone. She certainly knows her own mind.
Together Natalia and Slingshot are totally in sync, they simply are in tune with each other. Their chemistry is not only sparking—it has ignited into a full-blown inferno. There are a lot of intimacy scenes, bondage and kink scenes aren’t really my thing but to each their own. These two lead characters suited this lifestyle though.
The suspense element is intriguing and something I didn’t expect. The twists and turns are incredible and are so intertwined it’s brilliant. It sneaks up on you and is very cleverly crafted. This is why I gave the extra half a star.

Ms. K.L. Savage, you have written so many amazing stories but this one, Slingshot, is in my top 3. I’ve been looking forward to this book since Matteo’s!!! And in Orbiting Mars when Slingshot asked Natalia if she wanted kids in front of Matteo!!! I swooned!!
Noah “Slingshot” Daniel Connors is unapologetically himself. He knows that life is short from not only the death of his mother when he was 14 but also because he had cancer himself so he knows to live his life to the fullest and he does it happily. “I think that’s why I’m always all in with anything and everything. Tomorrow I might wake up and have to fight for my life all over again. I don’t want a second wasted.”
While Natalia Moretti is a recent college graduate who is innocent as one can be and she’s trying to break out of her father’s protectiveness.
I love that Slingshot can be so carefree but I also LOVE that Natalia brings out his dominant side. And the cute little innocent flirting at the beginning of the book and the butterflies. Ugh SWOON. And the fact that he blushes!
All he’s ever wanted to do was open a tacos truck and I’m so happy he finally got to do it!! And well have a family too!!! Same with Natalia, all she’s ever wanted was a family of her own, to be a stay at home mom. “I think what you want is perfect since it’s exactly what I want.” They match each other perfectly.
“I’m a hopeless romantic at heart, and I’m going to make every fucking dream of hers come true.”
“Holy tacos, I’m married.
I’m a wife.
And I couldn’t be happier.”
“I’m so fucking happy.
I literally have everything I’ve ever wanted.”
I also love how protective Knives is in the book. Or well maybe it’s because he can’t stand Mateo and won’t take his bullshit.
Can someone remind me whose kids Delaney and Micah belong too? I know Maizey was adopted but did anyone adopt Delaney and Micah or do they kind of just chill at the clubhouse?

I loved it
These two main characters are the best. I love his personality and they are such a great fit together. I love how the first planned date didn't turn into a big crazy drawn out misunderstanding. I loved the ending.
My issues with it:
His dad in the past seemed awesome. I need to know why there was such a drastic change. He didn't just change a little, he turned absolutely horrible and evil. It doesn't make sense.
I need more expansion on how he and Natalia are going to run a food truck by themselves. How does that all work? Are they going to do it forever?
What happened to getting the dog for Poodle? Did that get sidelined? I don't remember a conclusion to that.
The Maizey thing was a huge stretch. There are way too many crazy coincidences in things ending up the way they did. There needs to be more explanation.
What happened to the twins they found with Maizey? Why did they adopt Maizey and not the boys? I feel awful for them. Who takes care of them? Did I miss something? Because I can't remember when they were mentioned last and it seems like someone should have claimed them or adopted them by now. It seems like they just keep them in a room somewhere. I need some resolution to this.
What happened with Benji?
Please don't have club girls at any of the clubhouses, not even if they build one just for single guys. All MC books have them, and I would love for some MC books to not have them. I don't see why it's so necessary to for guys to be promiscuous in MC books. It's supposed to be about family and brotherhood, which these books mostly are now. I don't want that to change.

Slingshot is the sweetest and spiciest 🌮
I actually loved Natalia and Noah’s story. It was heart rending and loving. More so than the others because his background was not as dark and because he was so pure of heart. I loved his dynamic with children, especially with Maizy. He loves innocence in general and his goofy character makes him both sexy and endearing.
Again, some disappointing and unresolved factors; his father suddenly turning up and just being such a dirtbag was ott for me. Also, why is it bothering me that some of the characters are just unaccounted for? For example, the two children always hiding who no one in the clubhouse seem to care about? Reaper’s sister just disappeared without a Trace and wtf is up with Poodle??? After like 4 books he’s still such a depressing character. I mean I get his obsession with Lady but ummm what about being thankful for your long lost daughter being back in your life and I mean does Melissa ever put a smile on his face? Ugh! Seriously, lame.
Mateo... um did he ever discover his daughter was near to getting gang raped and that Slingshot was helping her? I feel he should’ve gotten more credit than he did. It didn’t feel real when suddenly after nearly killing him again, he decides to accept Slingshot! Too rushed. So much so that at one point the author writes how Bullseye was holding Hope, instead of Faith. I wish Savage would pay closer attention to detail when penning a near masterpiece like this. That’s what always kills it for me. Noticing stuff that the author should. Otherwise, as always, I’m in love with these characters😉🌮

What can I even say? Slingshot is absolute perfection.
With the death of his mother, he gained a fear of missing out and not living in the moments that life presented to him. Because of this, he loves hard, fast and with everything he has. When he meets Natalia, Mafia Princess of the Moretti Syndicate, he knows right then and there that she is it for him. All he wants out of his life is a family of his own. A wife, a baby, and he sees all of that when he looks at Natalia.
Natalia, unbeknownst to Slingshot, falls head over heels in love with Slingshot as soon as he speaks to her. She wants to be with him but knows her father will never allow it. Her father wants to keep her locked away, keep her safe, but doesn't see that that is what is breaking her. Her past has dark moments but she's ready to live in the light, along side Slingshot.
Slingshot goes to battle for Natalia and he will not back down. He found the woman that brings him to his knees and makes his world go around. No one, especially Mateo, was going to keep her from him.
Their love is instant, yet believable, and so perfect for them. They grab ahold of each other's hearts and hold them close with no shot of ever letting go. They have a relationship that everyone longs for.
So many things happened that I did not expect. I was completely blown away by what happened with not only Slingshot & Natalia but the background characters as well. Tears, laughs and just pure emotion was felt for the entirety of this book. You are sucked in from page one and there's no stopping until you hit the very last page.

If you have kept up with the series at all you just gotta love Slingshot and his Tacos. I know I sure do. But there was so much about Slingshot up to this point we readers just didn’t know. I can’t even begin to describe how much the authors drew me in with Slingshot’s story. Up till now, he was pretty much the jokester who always had a taco in head and of course the smell that followed him around when he’d forget to take his pill before eating them. But this storyline lets us in on the kid who grew into the man we know. It lets us feel his happiness, his pain and his sense of loss as a young man as well. Really puts his life into perspective. But now, as all his MC brothers are settling down and having families with kids (which he so desperately wants) he has finally decided he wants something for himself: #1 a Taco Truck and #2 Natalia. The taco truck he can build on his own with the help of his buds but Natalia, well that’s a whole different story. How does he win the heart of a Mafia Princess while not getting himself killed by her dad, Mateo Moretti, the head of the Moretti Syndicate? And Lord help them all with both their pasts collide and bring trouble to not only the Ruthless Kings MC but the Moretti’s doorstep.
These two may fight for what they want but sometimes the fight becomes more than most people can handle. I Highly Recommend grabbing up this Phenomenal Series (if you haven’t already) and Slingshot’s Book ASAP. You won’t regret it.
