Jodi Hall's first day at her dream job has been a nightmare. Who robs a bookstore? But when the police show up, she loses more than just her sanity. She loses her heart.
Paul Lochlan thought it would be just another sleepy day in Pine Grove until he intercepts a teary 911 call that changes his life.
Paul and Jodi are the very definitions of lust, now they want to know what love is...
Welcome back to the 80's baby. Put away that Aqua Net and slip into something a little more comfortable with one of twelve couples as they fall in love in Pine Grove.
Good lunch or midnight read ;) some drama and some steam. Idk if i feel the cover of this series lol.
Jodi is starting her first day on the job and its not even a good day a worker already quit and shes all alone.. plus the store was robbed. What a great day so far lol. But seems she got alittle luck since the police officer happens to be smitten by her and I liked he didnt care about the age difference he knew what he wanted and went after it.
Pretty much cute dates steamy moments and a cute ending.
No ow/om drama, no cheating, Tiny drama, sexy times, virgin gal no manwhore

Jodi is robbed on her first day at the bookstore. Paul is the the police officer who runs to the rescue. I loved them together. The two epilogues were great but I am not fan of the 33 years later one.
Totally safe: heroine was a virgin and hero was a virgin too I think!
I'm seriously digging this 80's series. Some of them are more true to how it really was in the 80's and some of them are full of 80's cliches and obviously written by an author born well after the 80's but they are all super fun and take me back to a time that was more carefree!!
I Want To Know What Love Is has to be my absolute favorite in this series thus far...Jodi and Paul are like totally rad for each other! A short fast paced complete instalove story that has a very Happily Ever After with epilogues 1 year and 34 years out.
I Want To Know What Love Is completely safe and free of abuse and cheating, no ow/om drama, no others after meeting. Ohhh and it includes the cutest Grandma EVER!! I absolutely LOVE her!
First things first; I like the cover of this book! This book is a novella in the ‘’80’s baby’’ collection. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. When Jodi starts her dream job she doesn’t expect the whirlwind of a first day she has. Paul is a police officer that responds to robbery at a bookshop. What he doesn’t expect is to instantly fall for the victim. The chemistry between Jodi and Paul is clear to see and I liked them together. I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.
I loved this sweet and steamy story so much, & I honestly could have read so much more about Jodi and Paul! 𝑰 𝑾𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑻𝒐 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝑰𝒔 was a fast, hot, and entertaining romance that I would recommend to all insta lovers to pick up. Paul had me swooning from the second he busted into the scene after Jodi was robbed at the bookstore, and Jodi was such a boss for handling the situation and then getting her man. The steam level was sizzling, the 80s vibes were hilarious, and the story wrapped up nicely epilogue included one year later & thirty three years later!
°Both virgins °Switching POVs °Insta love/lust °He's 29, she's 18 °Sweet obsessed alpha hero °Free of OW/OM drama °No separation °No cheating °No push/pull °Intimate scenes only between hero and heroine °Great epilogues: 1 year and 33 years later
Short, sweet, steamy, romantic and totally safe.... who needs more than that😍😍 They fell in love at first sight and from this point on nothing could stop them. The hot older cop and a sweet young woman. Loved the 80s theme.👍👍👍 Freaking loved that it was DV.... so so good😍😍😍
It was a wonderful, short, steamy read! I loved Jodi and Paul as a couple and the insight to the 80s. The two epilogues were great and I loved having the 33 years later one.
Cute insta love story with a sweet h, Jodi and a sexy hero Paul. I like that they are both sure and secure in their knowledge. There is no romance drama, just a little outside excitement.
