A little Kindness can bring happiness
Luna takes a chance asking for help for her tooth ache, in the process she finds a home, a job unconditional love and friends. I don't understand this lifestyle but I do understand the love they find.

Length: 116 pages
Plot: Luna is in a lot of pain with an infected tooth but she's currently homeless and without money. So she goes into Dr. Graham's dentist office and asks if she can trade services: if he can treat her tooth, she'll do chores around the office. It turns out that not only does he need a replacement receptionist, he also finds himself attracted to the young lady that he believes is a Little. He takes her home and helps her get on her feet, but he also starts to woo her.
Commentary: This series is a little more technical in some of the DD/lg aspects than other series of the same trope. There's a lot of discussions between characters that are really explanations of the dynamic, and I'm not usually a big fan of that tactic. I don't want the characters to have technical exposition in the middle of my story. That's probably just me though. The other thing that I've realized after reading a couple of books from the series is that the parameters of the dynamic are always the same:
Now, I'm not a particular fan of diapers, but it's fine if it fits in the story. But I find the statement above a little worrying because I know that there is a lot of variety in the DD/lg dynamic and the implication that all the Littles in their world (and there are many of them!) are young enough to use a diaper (or are forced to wear one even if they aren't young enough!) is statistically odd.
That aside, I liked that Dr. Graham was immediately welcoming to someone down on her luck and wasn't mean and nasty like his receptionist. It made me like him more.
There was the usualy proliferation of anal thermometers, enemas, and medical play that you find in this author's book - again, a little much for me, but I know a lot of other people like it.

Wow!
Not expecting this sort of story line. I felt a tad uncomfortable once I realise in what direction this story was taking, and totally surprised that this could actually be a way of life for some. I know this is fiction, but normally there is no smoke without fire. Or is it that this author has a wild imagination with a fantasy she would like fulfilled? To me it had under currents of the adults playing paedophiles roles, ie. Wanting sexual relations with children, a bit unsettling for me. But, for someone to even tackle this subject, which I have never come across before, ( in fiction ) in my 70 plus years on this planet, it have me a totally different read experience.
I gave 4 stars for bravery.. Leading the reader a long a different path and keeping them connected to the characters.

I enjoyed this story with the injured Little girl, the strong and compassionate Daddy who insists on helping her, and the way that with some encouragement from his nurse he was able to move away from just care and compassion and start to take on more of a Daddy role for her. I loved the way that she had completely enchanted him and that he was truly smitten. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content in a BDSM DDLG relationship.

I love the stories in this series! The characters are always so delightful and charming! And each story is unique in that a different situation always comes up. This time it’s about Luna. She’s been looking for a daddy to call her own but she hasn’t had the greatest luck. Until she meets Sebastian, the local dentist. He’s been looking for his Little Girl for a long time and thinks Luna could be the one. I really enjoyed the interactions between them and found Luna to be completely endearing. And Sebastian is the perfect Daddy for her. Yet another wonderful story in this series!!

My heart went out to a desperate Luna, that needed so much more than the good Dr. Grahams dental services, and Sebastian Graham was in need of Luna to fulfill the missing part of his heart that had been waiting for her to make whole.
These stories never fail to put a smile on my face.

Great read for age play- redundant theme/story line
It is always amazing reading about littles and the age play community. As the series goes on it is very repetitive of the littles care, routines, and community.
Would love to see more diversity in the little ages.
Great story for what it is. Loved it and a great read. But it was a little boring as it is the same story point each time 19 books in now.

Luna Won The Lottery Of Life
Luna has been homeless for about a year. She noticed Dr. Graham at the grocery store when he helped a young mother with her baby. She had a horrible tooth infection, she bravely walked in at closing time. He felt drawn to her, thinking could it be true that he found his Little? Such a sweet love story.

Thank you again, Pepper North. I found Luna very easy to identify with as I’ve known several young women who were homeless. Dr Graham is such a gentle, caring Dom from the very start. He was so patient and living with Luna from the start. Their chemistry was amazing and I wish their story had continued on. Guess I’ll have to use my own imagination for that!

I love this series. I liked this one. It's sweet and nice and spicy. Luna is very brave working in the dentist. Sebastian is a sweet and solid daddy. He gets her. They fit. I enjoyed their interactions. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I recommend it. This well written and described story will draw the reader into the world of DDlg. Well done.

I really like this book!
I'm seeing from the point of how brave Luna is to seek for help and how small she feels, to how she accepting her daddy and found herself a home.. This is heart warming for me. The struggle of visiting doctor is really good, but just not the taking shots when she's having anxiety.. Just me that I don't like too much of the meds interfere.

A sweet, sweet story. I really like how Ms. North writes her daddies. Luna needs dental work and for a homeless person that is difficult. When she sees Dr. Graham help someone in the grocery store she feels like he might help her. A very cute read.

Loved it
Another beautiful little finds her daddy and it was so beautiful to watch as the story came alive on the pages. I always love it when the person who is down on their luck finds that special person to love them forever.

Delightful Read
This story is absolutely adorable. I just love Sebastian and Luna. Not one minute that you don't love them. Their journey together is all love and enjoyment. The writing and flow of this book is done well. I highly recommend this book and series.

Luna and Sabastian
This is a good well written story of Luna, a Little girl and how she found her Daddy. Luna had been homeless for awhile when she developed an abscess and needed a dentist. Sabastian is the lucky dentist. Read to learn how they meet and find each other.

Healthy teeth

Lovely story with lovely characters. Luna is down on her luck and Sebastian is the one who saves her. Beautiful writing and editing make is a pleasure to read. Don’t miss Luna’s physical with Dr. Richards. My eyes were big as saucers. It was steamy and pervy

Unexpected Daddy
This series is so easy to get lost in... Although you know each story pretty much has the same elements and disciplines, it feels so good to see relationships begin, the love grow, and the solidifying of place with each other.
