Back in the old days Silverjack had ridden with Camposantos. Jesus and Jack teamed up to track down some horse thieves and recover the stolen herd for a Mexican Don. What should have been a simple task turned out to be way more than Jesus and Jack expected. Mexican Federales were dead set on stopping the gang. When they finally did get the horses delivered, they found a reluctant buyer who decided to steal the herd from Jesus and his men. The buyer never figured on Silverjack McCall being along. When Jack discovered what was going down, he took matters into his own hands, and all hell broke loose.

Enjoyable book to read
Easy reading and well written. It's worth one's time to read if you like Western history. The author did his homework before writing this book
