WTF

I’m so confused and kinda really upset right now. Again there was a huge opportunity to make something great and it almost felt like she got lazy and decided to rush through it after the first 30 pages.

Such a disappointment. I gave her the benefit of doubt going in and i was still mad at what happened. Sequentially it was all out of sync the timeline was all messed up. Aaron was in College then Jane and Jake whom were a year younger then him were in college also in college suddenly.

Bella's point of view was jilted and did not correlate with the twist the author tried to make happen. One second she was in love him the green eyed guy of her dreams, debating whether or not to forgive him for being mean to her and accepting the unhealthy obsession with him. The next minute none of it was real she hates him and it was all a ruse to try to kill him oh and FYI now he's suddenly graduated and started working and they've been together for a year.

In short it was a cluster fuck. I hope Angela goes back and salvages this story and makes it into the masterpiece it could be, if she put the work in. This a 450 page story chopped up and mutilated into 143 pages... It could have been great.

I decided to give this book a shot as I really like Aaron and felt bad for him in the book "The Ugly One" by the same author. Now I don't even know why I gave these two books a chance. Before saying, I do understand that how much time and attention an author has to give to write a story and how much hardwork she has to do to complete one. Yes I do understand but also I do know that I have the right to criticize it in a constructive way.

First of all, Bella, the female MC does everything for the Male MC who is in a relationship btw, like make him lunch and all even when he ignores and doesn't want anything to do with her, which is of course kind of low of her to do those kind of stuffs, ngl and at times, she is so possessive of him. I had my suspicions about her right from the start.

Turns out she needs help and that she was trying to kill Aaron because his father had something to do with the death of her ex lover and Aaron looks like him. Well damn, I-😭. And then Aaron comes to know about this and forgives her?💀..like so damn fast. I know he felt bad about her because all the attempts to kill him was because of her trauma but..I have this doubts about Bella's feelings for Aaron as we now know the fact that she was trying to get closed to him to kill him.

I really didn't like how fast Aaron forgave her, like she literally was trying to kill him!! Like just switch the gender and you will know what I mean. And then suddenly they lived happily ever after. 😃⁉️

I liked this one but the ending was a little strange and the relationship between the two characters is a little toxic in my opinion.

Eh....it was alright

The book was okay, some spelling errors or the wrong word used. I think Aaron is an idiot for wanting Bella.
