Review of Resurrection by Katie Reus

What an awesome read! I absolutely loved everything about this book!

Colt’s woman died eight months ago in a warehouse explosion. He’s doing what he has to do to get through and right now that’s helping out a friend whose wife was reported as dead. However, Colt’s got a lead that she’s not and he’s headed to Mexico to check it out.

Skye had to fake her death in order to protect not only Colt but those around him he calls family. She’s had a very unconventional childhood which led to an unconventional life and one of the best things about it is Colt. She must do what is necessary to secure his safety as well as those he loves.

Even after her “death” she finds herself needing to ensure that Colt’s friend is safe and in doing so she places herself directly into his path.

I absolutely loved this couple! Their relationship wasn’t the typical alpha hero/sweet heroine. While he’s definitely all man, she’s more than capable of taking him down if needed. Theirs is an equal opportunity affair and I loved the dynamics of it.

Skye is tough and capable but she never comes off as overbearing or too sassy. She’s confident in her skin and her job. Colt definitely has protective, possessive tendencies but he’s also aware that Skye is a bit skittish and he’s careful to treat her accordingly. Together they set my Kindle on fire and my heart racing.

Resurrection is full of action and drama, great secondary characters that I’m sure we’re going to see more of, and some incredibly sexy moments. I’m excited about this series and curious to see who will win Olivia and Valencia’s hearts.

When Bethany goes to the Bar looking for someone to blame she might get into more trouble than she bargained for. “Jase Cross Will Be My Downfall” This is a great romantic suspense with many twists from Willow! Told in dual POV. This also ends in a mega cliffhanger!!!!

-Diamond In The Rough by Skye Warren (5 Stars)
What a sensational book! Holly is traveling back to Paris to look for her sister when she is taken. Holly is imprisoned in a cell, however she isn’t alone. What do they want with her? Will she be able to break free and find her sister and who is the man locked up next to her? This is a fast paced, action suspense with so many twists you’ll need to pick your jaw up off the floor! From the very beginning you will be dragged into this story and won’t be able to put it down. If you have read the freebie prologue Hidden Gem (also includes) then you saw how Elijah & Holland “Holly” first met in Paris. Diamond in the Rough takes place 8 years after Hidden Gem. There is a reason for this but I’m not saying why as I don’t want to spoil anything. Be prepared as this ends in quite the cliffhanger. I cannot wait to find out what happens next! Told in dual POV

Admittedly, being the hot Mr. January in the firefighters' calendar is nothing to having a romantic rival put Nair in your conditioner so that you go bald, but it's a good thing Rowan doesn't mind wearing a hat. And all of a sudden, Dax is noticing how good she looks in those hats, and otherwise.

I loved Diamond in the Rough, and immediately bought the second book in the series. Same for A Single Glance. I had already read Dark Mafia Prince and really liked that one as well. Great collection overall!

This seems like a great collection of book's, especially as it's free. I haven't read them all yet.

Willow Winters, A Single Glance. This is the 1st book in a trilogy and ends in a cliff hanger.

I absolutely loved this book, which was captivating, well written with a fantastic keep you on the edge of your seat storyline. I loved what I saw of Jase in the previous books from this world of the Cross brothers, and I have eagerly awaited for Jase's story. I was not disappointed. I think I prefer it to Carter's story. The whole world of the Cross brothers is absolutely addictive.
The writing of Willow Winters just seems to get better and better. The book gives new meaning to the words "just one more chapter" I could not put it down. It was full of intrigue, suspense and powerful emotions from the characters that draw you in and keep you reading.
Can not wait for the rest of Jase and Beth's story.

I'm glad we're getting another Cross brother series focusing on Jase. I think Beth has met her match in Jase. The chemistry between them is undeniable and smokin' hot. The story and characters are complicated, complex, intriguing, mysterious, hopeful, and brutally honest. I can't wait for A Single Kiss to come out.

All the authors are great in this box set. I highly recommend each of them for their writing skills.

Rescuing Emily
I’m not sure what it was about this story, but it hit right in feels the whole way through. It took quite a bit for things to work out right for the characters involved, and I kept rooting for them, waiting for them to get on the same page, the right foot. Loved Emily, loved Fletch, and loved little Annie!

Dark Mafia Prince
This was a wonderful read, and I couldn't put it down! Crazy, crazier and craziest mobsters, stupid hot sexy scenes, lost people found, dead people not dead, there is something for everyone. There was so much in the book, and there was depth to everything, and I love every moment

Diamond in the Rough
What this authour does best, she does amazingly well here. What that is? Tantalize, scandalize, and romanticize your darkest, deepest desires. Book one of three, and it ends on a doozy of a cliffhanger!

You are going to want to snap up your own copy of this awesome collection just as soon as you can. I was very impressed by the ten books that are included in this thick box set. Coming in at over two thousand pages of reading goodness, these books deliver hours over reading enjoyment. with an array of authors included, I'm sure you'll find some familiar and maybe find a new favorite along the way. The three books that ended up being my my favorites of the bunch were: Willow Winter's A Single Glance, Skye Warren's Diamond In The Rough (which both end on a cliffhanger) and Susan Stoker's Rescuing Emily (which was a standalone). If you like your romance with an edge of danger, suspense, tension, drama, action, emotion and heat, you're going to adore this box set and if this isn't your normal jam, it's a perfect way to test the waters and see if you like it.

So far I have only read Diamond in the Rough by Skye Warren and I absolutely loved it!
Fabulous and intriguing story!
I have not patiently waited for Elijah's story and Skye Warren did not disappoint! It is better than I could ever have imagined.
Holly and Elijah met in Hidden Gem and the chemistry and attraction was off the charts then. And now, years later, they meet again and its more explosive than the first meeting. But the circumstances they reconnect in are not ideal.
Elijah is a dominating and controlling man and he is claiming Holly and not letting her go this time.
I love the connection of these stories with Wanderlust and the North brothers stories. It's like an ongoing story so beautifully written and I hope it never ends!

A single glance by willow winters.

Wow..just wow

It took me a while to think of what to put, I had to keep coming back and adding bits, this story gutted me and I've tried to read since and all I keep thinking about is jase, the beautiful but broody man who's stole my heart, I knew he would. The story grabs at you without notice you have to read it in one sitting, you can to anything else, it's intense and bloody brilliant.
Ive been a fan on willows work for a while now but this has completely blew the rest out of the park, it's exceeded my expectations and I'm craving more of him.

I'm not gunna lie. The kindle nearly hit the floor as I turned the last page, but it's so worth it, I'm on edge waiting to find out what happens next.❤

I read The Defender by Donna Grant and I really enjoyed this book much more than I thought I would. I didn't know what to expect from it and that's why I was wary about it but it was so good. It had romance, it had action, it had suspense. It had it all! Lev is so BA and though that was never called into question I wasn't sure how it would fit into the larger storyline. The characters were well written and both were take-no-prisoners types. I loved that. I can't wait to read the rest of the books in this collection!

Love and hate so close

Thoroughly enjoyed this collection of stories/books. Hate it because I'm now calculating how much to spend to continue with each of the authors series! I'm a little ahead as already have Lynn Rate Harris and Susan Stokes on dab authors who I pre-order without question, but as is the intention this collection has added to the list! Great way to find more addictive authors, a girl cannot have too many books!! Enjoy a great selection

Awesome books in this set

Finished reading this awesome box set.
Finding new authors and authors I've read before.
Only one small down side was that some of the books were a 'spin off' of previous books from one new author and some were like book 3 of say maybe 7 or however many is in the series.
If you are looking for alpha males that will keep you on your toes and reading WAY past your 'bedtime' then I would recommend this boxed set.

8 HITS AND 2 MISSES

8 full length novels that are absolutely fantastic, intense, edge of your seat drama and action, and romance that sizzles and curls your toes. Sadly, 2 of the stories were total disappointments. ( I seriously doubt that I will ever read another book by Willow Winters or Skye Warren.) However, I definitely recommend this anthology. 8 stories that are so good they overshadow the two that are such a disappointment.

Another LLV book I read in one sitting. Rowan is a delightful heroine. She is fun and smart and doesn't take any nonsense. Dax is a great hero. Badass but super fuzzy and warm when it comes to Rowan. I loved these two and their families. There's a lot of drama and suspense in this from various and sundry people from both their pasts and we get introduced to quite a few characters who'll get their own stories later in the series.

Good buy

I originally bought this because of Susan Stoker contributing a story and I am so glad I did but it. Lots of good stories in here, decent sized ones as well. I've now found a lot more authors to read and have actually bought some of the follow on stories. Highly recommended! Get it while you can.

I have given this a good rating because I couldn't put it down I had to find out what happened next. I thoroughly enjoyed this book I just never knew what was going to happen next . It was a romance and a mystery book but I really enjoyed it and would love to read more like this

Great stories but watch out several of are cliff hangers. Be prepared to buy more because they are interesting and you will be caught up in the characters. All of the author's are talented

The next books that left you in a cliff hanger. Save yourself the trouble and just kook up the Delta force and the Swat 2.0 series .
