Decent Book

This book was a very good read. It had an interesting plot and could probably serve as a warning of what could happen if current political leaders continue their weakening of American influence and reputation over seas.

Could It Happen?

A very detailed outline of a possible war at the hands of China. The actions and reactions of those individuals and countries involved seemed all too real. The reader is exposed to the behind the scenes planning from all sides. All in all, a book worth your time and thoughts.

While this book tended to be a little long winded, the author should get more credit for his painstaking research and imagination. Those reviews that slammed this book based on their own personal political persuasion should maybe consider that the Chinese Communist Party will not stop at anything less than total world domination. You can bet your last Bitcoin on that one.

I bought this book hoping it might have some insight to situations and causes that could lead to another world conflict. I was disappointed. This book is nothing more than xenophobia towards Mexicans, Chinese, Koreans and American Democrats. I stopped reading at about 30% into the book on my Kindle so there could be other ethnic groups disparaged. Of course the hero was a white American male. Republican. The first chapter had some political insights that were interesting but may not be valid. That's ok in a novel. But much of the book seemed to have been written while the author wore his MAGA hat. I recommend if you have a Kindle and can download a sample do that and just read the first chapter.

Detailed account of how the world might end as a result of miscalculations by various super powers and supporting players. The book follows the actions of people who work for the main players in this tale of brinkmanship. Set in2035, the USA, China, Russia, Iran and India all try to engage/disengage in order to further their standing as a world power. A few degrees either way, and mankind is over. The book is a realistic page turner that ends with a boom, or not. Read it and find out.

Long winded.

I found The author spent Far too much time On the background of individual characters, The political conversations dragged The political conversations dragged on and on, and seem to go nowhere. The battle scenes were Detached And in my opinion, unrealistic. I won't comment on the ending, If you like political Drama, this book maybe for you. But not for me,

Different than my usual teotwawki

Definitely different than my usual spin on the teotwawki genre but I liked it. A bit of a sloggy read in a few spots but besides that it was an enjoyable read. I was hoping there was a II but not yet. Recommended.
