INTO GREEN is a gorgeously illustrated guide with helpful strategies for using nature to boost health and creativity. “Green” designers based in London, the co-authors include instructive stories from their own lives, tips on planting and gardening, delicious recipes, and more.

I found that my breathing and heart rate slowed as I read, bringing back memories of glorious hikes in the Colorado Rockies. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a natural antidote to stress.

Completely obsessed. “If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that small pleasures are powerful”. This book is a sparkling gem and I can’t wait to buy a copy for myself, my mom and all of my closest friends. Into Green is a glorious celebration of our natural world and the exponential healing powers it possesses. A thoughtful journal of inspirational anecdotes, insightful garden tips, recipes to ignite your senses, and so much more – all playfully sprinkled with darling illustrations. This book is a must have for any nature-loving, dirt-digging, garden enthusiast in your life!

Absolutely Beautiful.

I have been devastated that I could not get the full book to download. But I have been researching online like crazy for snippets.

I am so excited about the concept of this book and the gorgeous artwork.

Big thanks to NetGalley for the intro to the book. I will be purchasing.

This book was as much about mindfulness as it was about finding or bringing nature into your urban landscape. I long to have green around me and need the colors and scents of fresh flowers to get me through the long winter season in Minnesota. Chock full of ideas for city dwellers to get their fill of nature and playfully illustrated.

Easily one that I'll go back to over and over again. Very cute design and illustrations, and really good ideas to make us reconnect with the nature around us. As a biologist I feel like I'm sensitive to the wild and natural, but it's very easy to forget about it with the fast paced, confusing cityscapes. I recommend this book to everyone, both specialist and general public.
