This book was ok. It was a quick and easy read. The stories were very simple so they might hold a younger child’s attention but they weren’t that interesting due to the lack of detail and intrigue in the story. Many of the stories I’ve read before in the beginner reader books and they were even more simplified than that but it made this book less interesting knowing what happened in the stories because they were told in other books. Some of the pictures looked really odd too. Overall this book was ok but not a favorite.
Im not mad i read these stories and you can get me to read just about anything by slapping the name Scooby Doo on it. Honestly they weren’t bad for that they were. Really my only problem was the plot. I know this book is meant for children and I know it is right in the title that they are 5 minute stories but I just felt like there was no substance to the stories and they were kind of repetitive.
Fun, quick stories. I liked that all the stories and artwork were done by different people, so they were all unique and fun. My son liked the stories. Was not a fan of the dinosaur museum story, however. The mystery was never solved or explained very well. Kind of confusing.
This is a collection of Scooby-Doo stories that can be read in about 5 minutes. It’s full of monsters, mysteries, and Scooby-Doo fun. Some of the stories are still a little scary for my 6 year old, but she enjoys others. I find the stories to be a little bit repetitive.
This was a fun short listen with my 6 year old. Not surprisingly as 5 minute stories everything happens very quickly. BUt the 6 year old liked it so much we finished the audio and she immediately restarted it.
Enjoyed the stories in this book with my boys. They weren’t overly long and wordy like the single book styled scooby ones. Kept their attention and engaged.
